On Saturday, our garage door got stuck when the torsion spring broken. We called many services in town but no one open. Luckily we found Precision Door Service on Google. The receptionist was very kind and polite. She offered for help right away. The technician was very professional. He did not only do the repair, he also gave me good suggestion for new parts such as rollers. I accepted his idea under no pressure. The gentleman is very honest.

Great company. They totally honored a life time warrenty from a purchase 14 years ago. Spring broke and they came same day and worked late to finish the job. Our heavy wood door is 35 years old. They suggested new steel door but no pressure. Prices are great. People are great. Hard to find a company this good these days. 5 star for sure.

My spring broke while the cars were in the garage on a Saturday night. I needed to get them out by Monday morning. I did a google search of repair shops and saw many with good ratings. I decided to call the number posted by my opener for Shamrock garage repair by the previous owner of my house first. The man who answered did not seem like he wanted to come out. He said he had plans that afternoon and wanted me to schedule a Tuesday repair. I then decided to call precision from my google search. The girl that answered the phone was eager to help and told me what the after hours fee was and gave me a time frame. The man who came to fix it was professional and quick. I got the overhaul package I think it was called with 2 springs rollers and cables. He applied a couple discounts to the price so the after hours fee was greatly reduced and he replaced a bracket on my door that he didn't charge me for. I was pleased with this company's responsiveness and professionalism.

You did a great job of resolving our broken spring problem. The spring broke at 24-years old & the bearings were quite worn. Alex responded quickly to our call (actually was able to come early) & identified all the issues with the support system. We were quite pleased with his work. We would call you again.

Very expensive. They changed both springs which I can buy for $80 total at Home Depot charged me over $400, took the tech 20 minutes. Quick and easy fix if you don’t mind paying way too much

Precision repaired springs on our garage door in 2008. Unfortunately one of the springs failed and broke this week in 2016. I called Precision and they honored the lifetime warranty for the springs, immediately responded, and had our garage door working again within hours of the break. I'm totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Precision will absolutely get a call when I need service in the future.

I would have to say that this is the most professional company I have dealt with...ever. Their attention to detail is obvious. After calling to make an appointment, I received a confirmation email with the ability to see who would be coming to my home for the service call. The tech was friendly and professional. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem and answered all my questions. He gave me options for the repair without pressure to buy. We needed springs replaced, but I opted to do an overhaul on the rollers and bearings. The door runs smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Precision garage door company.
