I have seen your commercials for years so you were the first call I made! I called in the evening but there were appointments available as early as the next day. Tom P. was my technician and he did a great job on all fronts - he called in advance and arrived when he said he would, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, listened, explained everything clearly and the installation was flawless - after new springs, cables and bearings, my 30 year doors sound brand new! He even offered to haul away an old garage door opener rail I had stored in my garage. 5 stars all the way around!

My garage door was not operable and I called Precision Overhead Door. Technician Tom Palmer came within 2 days and he discovered safety camera alignment was the problem. I asked if he could install a keypad while he was here and he did within 15 minutes. I was happy to get a service call based on my schedule and also that it was a minor problem. Technician Palmer was professional and courteous and knowledgeable in resolving the problem. I recommend Precision Overhead Door to solve any issue you have with your garage door opener.

I called on Sunday and needed maintenance on my garage door. To my surprise one was scheduled to meet my time restraints after church. Young gentleman showed up and gave me all the options. He did not try to up sell me.(much appreciated) repaired my garage door opener. very reasonable given it was Sunday. Totally pleased! When we are in need of a new door i will be calling back.

To be honest I am still not very pleased with the price of the spring replacement which almost came close to the total price of the overall door replacement that I made seven years ago, spring inclusive from another company. I will say that the service job performed was outstanding and the technician really did a great job explaining all that needed done. it is nice that the replacement has a seven year parts and labor warranty and was great to have the job completed the very next day after I called in the evening. I just feel the price of one thousand dollars is way too high to pay for a spring replacement and more than likely will shop around for estimates the next time as I have never paid this much in the past before but perhaps the costs have risen this much with all companies. This is my first time using this company.

When I called in to complain about my garage door opener not working I did not expect the high level of service I received. The service was above and beyond what I expected. Right now I am feeling buyers remorse because I feel I paid way too much for what I received. I should have compared prices. I paid $940 for their cheapest springs ( only one year warranty), two cables and a couple of brackets. I feel like I paid hundreds over what it should have cost. The Installer was polite, timely and courteous but I am mad at myself for not just saying no and doing my due diligence and getting other estimates.

Tyler did the tune up and put a new screw for the flapping top strip for free! He also gave me the estimate for safer springs, bearings etc. I am planning to let him fix those things in a near future. Excellent service and quick responses!

The company is the BEST. They have provided us service since 2005. I recommend them on my FB and Next Door accounts and to all my friends. Our garage door is solid wood and very heavy so the springs and cable get a lot of wear. We’ve need service twice in 16 years. They come immediately if they can or always by very next day. The service repair people both times were so nice and so helpful. Service charges are reasonable.

Suddenly Wednesday evening we had a broken garage door opener. Saw an advertisement for garage door repair, etc. and called Precision Thursday morning. Derrick was available at 2:00 Thursday afternoon. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. New garage door opener by 4:00 Thursday. If you need a very competent garage door technician. Call Precision and ask for Derrick.
