Kayne came today to assist us with an urgent Garage Door issue. Earlier in the day our Garage door cable broke and other issues were discovered! Kayne was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our issues! He also was upfront about our issue and gave us a couple of options which we choose to just replace the door based upon the age and issues. We had great service today. I called early afternoon and got an appointment between two and four. He was here at two. He very quickly realized we just needed to reboot a garage door opener to get it to open. We felt foolish for having him come all this way to our home, but he was very nice about it. First of all I can’t say enough about our technician that came out and fix out door. He was so professional and polite and helpful. On a second note you are very over priced ! Charging me $145.00 each for a bearing plate that you can get at home dept for $11.00 Please re-evaluate your pricing $1000 to fix a broken spring is a little high !
