I chose Precision a few months back because they had a good reputation. Although my new door was looking good, it seemed to be noisy when operated. The technician who serviced the door today was very thorough and determined the needed adjustments. He worked with efficiency and explained what he had done to correct the problem. I am now satisfied with the operation of the door with less noise. Because the door was under warranty, there was no charge for the service. Thank you, Precision!

Our garage door was not reliable when going down. It would partially go down and then go right back up. Our technician diagnosed the problem. He explained the problem and gave me options on how to solve it. He was able to repair it that day. I appreciated that he took the time to explain things to me and was able to repair our garage door! I found Precision Garage Door Service through a Google search. When I phoned, I expected to get a recording, but I got a pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable lady who, to my surprise, sad there would be a service person at my address that afternoon. I had expected it would be a few days before the evaluation and estimate would be ready. David Hedjuk arrived right on time and told me he thought he could repair the door and not need to replace it. He gave me an estimate and said it would take him 2 or 3 hours to get the job done. I asked if he meant if he was going to do the repair right then and he said sure. I was so convinced the repair would not be done for days that I had bought yellow Caution tape to string across the door opening to keep people away. David repaired the door and pointed out ways that the initial installation was deficient and a bit unsafe. The door now is better than it was when it was new. This company and the employees I had the pleasure of working with are outstanding and I would certainly use them again, if needed.

I put in a service call for a noisy door when opening/closing. Willy arrived the first thing the next morning and quickly adjusted the rails which fixed the problem. He was also helpful with information on keeping it lubricated. Great service.

Gary was - in a word - excellent! I received complete same day service just as you advertise. I made an appointment at 8 a.m., he arrived at 10 a.m. He first walked me through all the "issues" observations with our garage door system. Then, when he gave us an estimate for repair/replace, he listed the items in order of priority to address. He said he would complete his work in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It was 2 hours. Then, when he was done, he walked through everything he did, and asked me if I had any more questions. He kept his word on everything. And your company backed up your word in your advertising. Thank you! I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Matt was a pleasure. I told him to inspect my garage door and to sync my garage door opener and the keyless pad. I wasn’t expecting my 27 year old garage door to be in dire need of new parts. Communication was terrible--service tech told me I had three options to get my garage door working... #1 Good $1155; #2 Better $1515 or #3 Best $1715... no description of what I was getting, only that if I went with #2 it would have a 10 year warranty. So based on seeing a screen on his phone with just the information show above (no details)... I picked the middle #2! After the service, I received an e-mail showing the options listed above with the details of what all was included (first time to know what I was getting)... AND I noticed, the warranty is only for 7 years NOT 10! They have no paperwork, no pamphlet, no warranty certificate indicating what is and what is not covered. Later, I received an e-mail from the owner of the company-asking me to write a review-but if "for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation". So I called, obviously I was not permitted to talk directly to him. I talked with someone who argued with me and told me the office manager would call me back... that was on 5/15,,, NO ONE HAS CALLED! Be careful, ask for proof of what you are getting, know your warranty, ask for paperwork! Hopefully, if anything does go wrong they will honor their service?????
