Precision Garage door was able to schedule a same day service call. The tech explained the process, let me know what was happening at all stages and was able to perform on site repairs at the time of visit. I had broken springs on both my garage doors. I was given a quote and an option of putting off replacing rollers. But they were really Old and needed replacing anyway. The process was smooth and I appreciated the quick servicing.

I will only deal with Precision Garage Door. I just purchased a new garage door and with the help of Alana found just what I wanted. She was professional and knowledgeable, gave me 3 options and helped me pick the best one for me. She was very kind an my new friend. Before purchasing my new door I had 1 other service call on my old door and it was fixed right away and the guys were very professional and courteous. I also had a service call at my parents house who had just passed away and the guys were so nice to me and got me fixed right up. I can't say enough about good things about this company. Would highly recommend!!

Had a great experience. The tech was able to explain his evaluation of my door and what work needed to be done with it. After he fixed the door he explained what a properly balanced door should look like. He left my house/garage in clean condition and took old/broken hardware with him.

I am giving them 5 stars for the work that was performed. The repair and maintenance on my garage door was top notch. I used them a few years ago at my other home and felt that they did a good job repairing my garage door. On another note when I called for service i choose to do the 8-12 window because I had other things in the afternoon I had to do. I understood that they could possibly be working on my door as late as 1:00. The service tech did not call me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes until around 12. The repairs that needed done would take about an hour. I think we finished up everything around 1:50. So if you schedule a repair expect most of the day waiting around for your tech and then some to finish the job. Needless to say I was not able to meet my afternoon commitments. However, the repair on my garage door was exceptional. Tom was courteous and was outstanding with his skills.

There was an issue with the remote and wall mount and the door would not operate. It just clicked but never opened or closed. Technician arrived on time and the problem was identified and fixed. Technician explained the issue and explained the cost.

I made an appointment to have broken springs replaced and the technician was at my door by 10:20AM. Our technician, Andrew, was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and a real professional at all times. No pressure, just straight answers. The work was top notch and the price was fair. And it came with a 7 year warranty. A+ all around.

My garage door was making a noise when closing. The service rep, David Morgan diagnosed the problem and made some adjustments, which fixed the issue. I had purchased the garage door late 2023 so technically it was out of warranty. David said it was a minor adjustment and there would be no charge which is almost unheard of these days for a service call. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially want to commend David for his friendly and knowledgeable service.
