David Amore

Joe was very professional and friendly did not disappoint. I had precision out a couple years ago to fix my springs on my garage door. They didn’t try and up sale anything, just replaced what needed to be replaced. Did an outstanding job back than, that’s why when my opener quit working I made the call to them again worth every penny. This company is top notch. Joe was friendly and professional explained everything from top to bottom gave me my options, then installed everything. I appreciate all of you at precision well done

Bob did an amazing job diagnosing our problem. He offered suggestions but did not pressure me for additional repairs. Bob was efficient with his work and provided excellent education about our new opener and how to maintain our garage to try to avoid repairs in the future.

The online system to schedule the appointment was stupid easy. The service tech called me when on his way. The service tech repaired the door and showed me how to better maintain the door. Thanks for the great service.

Beth Hollenbaugh

Precision Garage door was able to schedule a same day service call. The tech explained the process, let me know what was happening at all stages and was able to perform on site repairs at the time of visit. I had broken springs on both my garage doors. I was given a quote and an option of putting off replacing rollers. But they were really Old and needed replacing anyway. The process was smooth and I appreciated the quick servicing.

I will only deal with Precision Garage Door. I just purchased a new garage door and with the help of Alana found just what I wanted. She was professional and knowledgeable, gave me 3 options and helped me pick the best one for me. She was very kind an my new friend. Before purchasing my new door I had 1 other service call on my old door and it was fixed right away and the guys were very professional and courteous. I also had a service call at my parents house who had just passed away and the guys were so nice to me and got me fixed right up. I can't say enough about good things about this company. Would highly recommend!!

Had a great experience. The tech was able to explain his evaluation of my door and what work needed to be done with it. After he fixed the door he explained what a properly balanced door should look like. He left my house/garage in clean condition and took old/broken hardware with him.

I am giving them 5 stars for the work that was performed. The repair and maintenance on my garage door was top notch. I used them a few years ago at my other home and felt that they did a good job repairing my garage door. On another note when I called for service i choose to do the 8-12 window because I had other things in the afternoon I had to do. I understood that they could possibly be working on my door as late as 1:00. The service tech did not call me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes until around 12. The repairs that needed done would take about an hour. I think we finished up everything around 1:50. So if you schedule a repair expect most of the day waiting around for your tech and then some to finish the job. Needless to say I was not able to meet my afternoon commitments. However, the repair on my garage door was exceptional. Tom was courteous and was outstanding with his skills.

I made an appointment to have broken springs replaced and the technician was at my door by 10:20AM. Our technician, Andrew, was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and a real professional at all times. No pressure, just straight answers. The work was top notch and the price was fair. And it came with a 7 year warranty. A+ all around.
