This was an easy and comfortable process. I reached out for an inspection and possible repair related to the noise and rattling on my aging garage door openers. Scheduling (and rescheduling) through the chat was a breeze. Matt contacted me ahead of time, as promised, and arrived right on time. After a thorough evaluation, he presented me with no-pressure options to fix the problems now or later. I opted to proceed with new openers and rollers. The work was done quietly and efficiently with good communication of the progress throughout. I'm thrilled with the finished product.

TV ads looked good and website emphasized your people. Very timely response in getting an estimate and installation. Megan Jewell provided the estimate and was very thorough and professional. She only "sold" us what we needed. Our installer was Alex Eliopoulos who did a very professional and timely job.

First of all I can’t say enough about our technician that came out and fix out door. He was so professional and polite and helpful. On a second note you are very over priced ! Charging me $145.00 each for a bearing plate that you can get at home dept for $11.00 Please re-evaluate your pricing $1000 to fix a broken spring is a little high !

Very happy overall with speed and quality of work. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, helpful and efficient. Walker was our service tech and he did an excellent job of identifying our needs and provided us with options to fit our budget. I have seen your commercials for years so you were the first call I made! I called in the evening but there were appointments available as early as the next day. Tom P. was my technician and he did a great job on all fronts - he called in advance and arrived when he said he would, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, listened, explained everything clearly and the installation was flawless - after new springs, cables and bearings, my 30 year doors sound brand new! He even offered to haul away an old garage door opener rail I had stored in my garage. 5 stars all the way around!

My garage door was not operable and I called Precision Overhead Door. Technician Tom Palmer came within 2 days and he discovered safety camera alignment was the problem. I asked if he could install a keypad while he was here and he did within 15 minutes. I was happy to get a service call based on my schedule and also that it was a minor problem. Technician Palmer was professional and courteous and knowledgeable in resolving the problem. I recommend Precision Overhead Door to solve any issue you have with your garage door opener.

I called on Sunday and needed maintenance on my garage door. To my surprise one was scheduled to meet my time restraints after church. Young gentleman showed up and gave me all the options. He did not try to up sell me.(much appreciated) repaired my garage door opener. very reasonable given it was Sunday. Totally pleased! When we are in need of a new door i will be calling back.

I called Precision about my broken garage door springs and they came and fixed it the same day! Our technician Joe was great! He gave me all of my options without pressuring me. He installed new springs and a new motor in less than 2 hours.
