Our opener died yesterday morning. It's Saturday, it's cold, and the snow storm was predicted for today. I called a couple places but couldn't get an appointment until who knows when. I called your company and the lady said someone would be here between 12 and 4. I was thrilled! Dillon called on his way. He did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt so bad for him having to work, without gloves, as cold as it was. The door is opening and closing seamlessly. We had used a different company for 37 years, but couldn't be happier with Precision. Thank you!

Between the super friendly lady that I spoke to on the phone (sorry that I forgot your name), to Dylan, the amazing technician that set my mind at ease, this company is top notch in every way. One of my torsion springs went bad and I actually called another company the night before. I did not have a good feeling with them right off the bat. The tech indicated that he had to remove the springs to get the sizing before he could give me a price. This should have been a red flag to me, but I let him proceed. After being quoted ridiculous pricing, and the tech dropping both springs from the shaft to the ground, I called Precision Garage Door of Columbus on the spot. The woman who took my call was kind, clear, and sympathetic to my situation. Within an hour, Dylan was at my home reviewing the work with me. Because of these two individuals, I immediately found trust and comfort in who I had hired. Dylan was very clear in his description of the work, and also stated that he would be replacing the shaft and additional parts to ensure that the garage door was completely safe for my family and I to be around. I was provided very fair pricing that was significantly less than what I was quoted with the first company. Dylan had the work completed in one hour, was polite, sympathetic to our situation, and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions about the springs and proper maintenance. Precision won my business today, and for all future needs. Thank you for being a professional, courteous, trustworthy company. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door services!

Tom was very pleasant and professional. He explained very to clearly what we needed and why we needed it. He was very careful of our property. He cleaned everything up and made sure all our questions were answered before he started. Precision and Tom are now my company and tech for my garage door needs.

I’m a repeat customer. Last year, we had our garage door opener replaced along with updating other moving parts. This year I moved and couldn’t believe the noise coming from my garage door opener! Tim came out, inspected the outdated, on-it’s-last-legs equipment, and gave me estimates on two ways to modernize the door opening system depending on my budget. He had all parts on the truck and I soon had a garage door that I am confident that it will open quietly and smoothly every time.

Yes, precision Garage Door of Columbus met my expectations…and then some. The phone representative gave me clear options. Tom Palmer, Technician, called ahead announcing when he would arrive. He was prompt, congenial and gave careful attention to explanation of needed service, as well as options. No rush. (Even the Invoice is helpful as it presents detailed disclosure of parts and prices.) An advertising coupon reminded me to call Precision Garage Door this time, but it was their past good work that gave me confidence to call again.

Just want to say that the service tech, Trevor, was outstanding in terms of understanding the issue I had and worked hard to resolve the problem. The door issue I had was unique and specific to the door bottom weather seal and how it contacted a very uneven cement garage floor. I'm satisfied with the outcome of Trevor's work. His customer rapport is excellent and you can easily tell he knows what he is doing. He works hard. Nice guy for sure. Everything was fully explained ahead of the work being done.

Operator was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. All went well and door now working great. As requested, this account should be changed to the name of Phyllis Fargo who is the homeowner now that John is deceased. Email is correct as is phone number for Phyllis. I would also like a copy of the current bill showing that it has been paid in full.

Garage opener broke on Friday out of no where. I called precision garage and with in a hour Johnny was out to fix it. We'll replace it, they came prepared. I like that. 2 hours later at 1800.00 I upgraded my entire system. That's the kind of service I expect from everyone.

We called at 11:50am on Sunday and they were at our house by 12:50. Pat was very honest and gave us several options on fixing our door. Once we agreed on one, he was done in less than two hours. I highly recommend.

The person who installed my garage door was professional and did a good job installing the new opener. The poor rating is due to very poor response from the billing/accounting department. I have tried 3 times (twice via email and once via phone) since the work was done to obtain a receipt for the work done. I paid $929.00 at the time the service. No one is available at this time to speak to me so the dispatcher took a message for someone to call me. I don't have a high confidence level that I will receive a return call. I will not recommend your company in the future.

Mike Gross

Responded quickly, service was the same day as the initial call. Very professional and resolved the issue fast

Couldn't even believe I could get my door fixed on Labor Day for the same price as a non-holiday. Service was fast and friendly.
