Garage opener broke on Friday out of no where. I called precision garage and with in a hour Johnny was out to fix it. We'll replace it, they came prepared. I like that. 2 hours later at 1800.00 I upgraded my entire system. That's the kind of service I expect from everyone.

We called at 11:50am on Sunday and they were at our house by 12:50. Pat was very honest and gave us several options on fixing our door. Once we agreed on one, he was done in less than two hours. I highly recommend.

The person who installed my garage door was professional and did a good job installing the new opener. The poor rating is due to very poor response from the billing/accounting department. I have tried 3 times (twice via email and once via phone) since the work was done to obtain a receipt for the work done. I paid $929.00 at the time the service. No one is available at this time to speak to me so the dispatcher took a message for someone to call me. I don't have a high confidence level that I will receive a return call. I will not recommend your company in the future.

Joe was very professional and friendly did not disappoint. I had precision out a couple years ago to fix my springs on my garage door. They didn’t try and up sale anything, just replaced what needed to be replaced. Did an outstanding job back than, that’s why when my opener quit working I made the call to them again worth every penny. This company is top notch. Precision Garage door was able to schedule a same day service call. The tech explained the process, let me know what was happening at all stages and was able to perform on site repairs at the time of visit. I had broken springs on both my garage doors. I was given a quote and an option of putting off replacing rollers. But they were really Old and needed replacing anyway. The process was smooth and I appreciated the quick servicing.

I will only deal with Precision Garage Door. I just purchased a new garage door and with the help of Alana found just what I wanted. She was professional and knowledgeable, gave me 3 options and helped me pick the best one for me. She was very kind an my new friend. Before purchasing my new door I had 1 other service call on my old door and it was fixed right away and the guys were very professional and courteous. I also had a service call at my parents house who had just passed away and the guys were so nice to me and got me fixed right up. I can't say enough about good things about this company.
