Jesse Burns did a complete maintenance review of my 14 year old garage door. Upon completion of the review he explained everything in detail , prepared a draft of what items needed to be fixed ,with a cost break down and I had the option to choose what work I wanted him to do. I chose the entire package due to age of the door and the supporting equipment. Great service, very professional work and he was a very friendly representative of your company. In the future I will call Precision Door again and will refer your company to my friends as well. Thanks again for a GREAT JOB>

I needed the bottom rubber seal repaired on my garage door. After 2 handyman couldn't repair it I contacted Precision Garage Door since their website said they make those repairs and they have extended hours. I contacted them and they came out a few hours later and repaired it. Very satisfied.

Walker was our technician. He did an excellent job. When he did his initial inspection he pointed out that the springs were not adequate for the weight of the door. The old motor was showing signs of wear gears, and circuit board. He recommended the 3/4 HP Linear motor and better springs with a belt drive. Longer warranty and quieter opener. Very pleased.

We called about 10:30am, got an 11-1 window. Anthony our tech was here by noon. He was very nice. Installed opener, outdoor keypad, 2 safety laser-eyes greased/adjusted everything and programmed 2 car fobs. When he was done (in a very short time) he asked us to lower door...I thought it didn’t work...it was SO quiet. He did a great job. He needs to remember to install a lightbulb in new openers however...we had to do that ourselves. We used your company in 2012 for a new spring and they came out at midnight!! So that’s why we called for this issue today. Will recommend and use your company again!

We had precision door service repair the springs and wheels previously on our garage door. So it was an easy choice when the opener decided to die on who to call for service. Precision door was quick to respond. Gave me several choices and completed the job fast with a great product. The new opener is so much quieter than the old opener. ALEX and associate diagnosed problem with garage door suggested multiple repair options. I chose to have new torsion spring along with a more poweful power door opener replaced. Upon completion Alex reviewed the work done and instructed me on new power door open operation. Both techs were very friendly and got the job done. Also they fashioned a new and improved bracket where the J hook attaches to the door to lift it. I would rate both techs as ***** *

Our technician (Alex E) called on the way as promised and arrived within the time window I was given. I also was not charged an extra fee for service on the weekend which was appreciated. My issue (garage door light only staying on for 30 seconds) ended up being a result of faulty bulbs. I was only charged the service fee and saved an extra $15 with the online coupon.
