Tim gave excellent customer service. You could tell he had been doing this for a long time. My door was just getting louder by the day. He installed a new spring and changed out some worn rollers. Now you can barely hear it. In less than an hour. Will recommend to friends!

My garage door was mysteriously opening by itself. Dustin checked it out and within a few minutes identified several issues. He addressed the problem and took care of other concerns that were identified in the process. I was also very impressed he was able to get to the house the same day as I called in. He was on time, professional, friendly, and very capable. Thank you Dustin!

Precision installed our garage door in 2014 so I called them to give us a quote on a new opener. Gary arrived on time and showed me the options for a new garage door opener. He answered all my questions and was able to install the new opener in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision.

All I can say is…RUN! They wanted to charge me $985 for a $180 repair that was done in 30 minutes by a great company named The Garage Door Guy. They also charged me $50 just to come out. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback Kim, a member from our management team did reach out this afternoon to further discuss this but unfortunately it was not a good time for your schedule. We are hoping tomorrow morning will be a better time to go over this with you as we do offer 100% customer satisfaction to our customers and would appreciate the opportunity to make this situation right by you.

Tim came out to our house on a Sunday when our spring broke on our double garage and we couldn't get our cars out. He was so professional and thorough. He went above and beyond with his customer service and left us oil to spray on the hinges and springs. He arrived about 2 hours after we called and immediately we felt relieved that this would be fixed correctly. I will refer our friends to Precision Garage Door!

My garage door broke at 2 pm. My car was inside. I called Precision because they advertised 24 hour service. They told me a tech would be out between 4 and 8 p I had to call a friend to help me get my grandson from day care. On the way to the daycare, Precision called and said a tech would be there before 4. When I got home, Scott was in the driveway. He was polite, explained everything, and worked quickly. My garage door was repaired by 4 pm! Great service!

Daniel was very professional. He was on time and immediately assessed the problem. He gave me several repair options to choose from that were well within my budget. He was very personable and I enjoyed our conversations together. He lubricated the installed hardware. My door is more quiet opening and closing now than at any time I can remember. I highly recommend the company for any garage door repair or install. Daniel was a great representative for his company. He turned our inconvenience into a pleasant and educational experience.

One of our door springs broken trapping a car inside. I called at 9:30PM - tech was there at 11:45AM the next day for a promised 12-4PM repair window. Tom the technician was very friendly and got our broken spring fixed quickly. I would have Tom back any time. Probably a little more expensive than I would have thought (that is why only 4 out of 5 stars), but overall a very smooth process with good people.

Michael quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem (wobbly rollers) and also pointed out several other issues that weren’t in need of immediate attention but could wait. He replaced the rollers and the door seal. My 35 year old door is good as new!

Matt the tech was good. However I should have checked other companies before having repairs done but was at their Mercy today. Did some research while tech was repairing broken springs and my findings were that Precision charges were outrageous.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to talk over management with us and give us the chance to price match these springs for you. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to our management team directly.

Our Service Technician, Michael Bowman, was among the best Techs I've ever encountered. Professional, expert, and efficient - he diagnosed our door problem accurately and promptly executed the needed repair. Precision's response time was excellent and appreciated; Michael's knowledge and customer-oriented personality is unequaled among all Service Techs I've encountered across all disciplines; he is, what I consider, a "Gold Standard" Company Representative. Thank you Precision and Michael for your excellent work.
