My garage door was not operating correctly and I realized that I had a broken torsion spring. Called Precision on Friday evening and scheduled a service call for Sunday. Received a call on Saturday morning informing me that they would be able to come out that Saturday afternoon if I was available. David, the service tech, called to let me know when he would arrive. He looked everything over and let me know what was needed and the cost. He and his assistant Austin, got everything installed in a short amount of time and my door is working perfectly again.

I got a new garage door and everything went very smoothly. They arrived when they said they would and did a quick job of getting the new door installed. Where Precision excelled even more, though, was in their customer service. A few months later, I had a small problem with the door and they came the next day and took care of the problem with no extra charge. Their folks are very professional and friendly and I can tell they care about customer satisfaction. A very good experience!

I’ve used Precision since I’d moved into my condo 8+ yrs ago. They’ve always been courteous & focused on making their installations/repairs right. I RARELY give a 5-star review—will only do so if a company has “walked on water”. This last service call was a minor thing, but I’d been without a remote for 2 months. Adam was kind, thorough, arrived at the scheduled time and completed the replacement of the spring plus replacement of the bottom door seal in a professional manner. Plus, there is a warrantee attached to this service which had never been my experience previously from other companies. Precision will definitely be my choice for future issues. I am also impressed that they have a photo and short bio of the service people, which they send by email prior to the service time - so you are sure that you are admitting the appropriate person to your garage!

The tech notified me he was on the and was promptly at my house. I was concerned about the noises the newly installed garage doors were making. Although I had lubercated the the hinges and rollers the tech lubed them again including the springs. He made minor adjustments to the springs. He explained that I should lubricate the hinges, rollers, and springs a few more times over the new week to get the lubricant I tot be parts. Other than the spring adjustment the lubercating seems to eliminate the problems. Appreciated the tech explaining how I should be maintaining the doors.

I am not sure that I am completely content with the warranty service that I received yesterday. My garage door opened yesterday. However, your technician installed right side cable in my driveway rubbing against a portion of the metal frame. It may have an adverse effect on the cable durability. So, I am sorry, but I cannot give you a better rating.
