Gary (Service Tech.) was great - felt like he gave a very honest opinion regarding servicing my garage door. Not only fixed the broken spring but for a little extra he would do everything to get the door to last/guaranteed for seven years. Not only saved me the worry also money not to have to invest into getting a new garage door for a few more years. Would highly recommend Precision to everyone.

We chose Precision because of the ads that we see on TV. The 24/7, and other appointment times were the top reason that we chose Precision. Our garage door broke while one of our cars was stuck inside. I had an appointment the next day and needed to get my car out. The gentleman who came out was extremely nice and was able to get the door fixed promptly so that I was able to make my appointment. I'm extremely satisfied with the job that was done by Matt Eberly.

I was so impressed with precision door. I called on a Friday night and the technician was out first thing Saturday morning without an extra cost. He was polite and knowledgeable and repaired my garage quickly and for a low cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Jesse Burns did a complete maintenance review of my 14 year old garage door. Upon completion of the review he explained everything in detail , prepared a draft of what items needed to be fixed ,with a cost break down and I had the option to choose what work I wanted him to do. I chose the entire package due to age of the door and the supporting equipment. Great service, very professional work and he was a very friendly representative of your company. In the future I will call Precision Door again and will refer your company to my friends as well. Thanks again for a GREAT JOB>

An easy 5 stars review for Precision Garage Door. I've called on them several times over the years (and they've never disappointed). Most of the time they have same day service (which is impressive). Their reps are always kind and knowledgable. Their price seems fair...given the prompt service and knowledgable technicians. I needed the bottom rubber seal repaired on my garage door. After 2 handyman couldn't repair it I contacted Precision Garage Door since their website said they make those repairs and they have extended hours. I contacted them and they came out a few hours later and repaired it. Very satisfied.

Walker was our technician. He did an excellent job. When he did his initial inspection he pointed out that the springs were not adequate for the weight of the door. The old motor was showing signs of wear gears, and circuit board. He recommended the 3/4 HP Linear motor and better springs with a belt drive. Longer warranty and quieter opener. Very pleased.

Kayne did an excellent job of explaining all of my options for a new Garage door opener and what repairs should be done for the garage door, He was fast and efficient with the installation and did a very good job of explaining the operation of the new garage door opener and showing us all of the repairs that were done to the garage door. We called about 10:30am, got an 11-1 window. Anthony our tech was here by noon. He was very nice. Installed opener, outdoor keypad, 2 safety laser-eyes greased/adjusted everything and programmed 2 car fobs. When he was done (in a very short time) he asked us to lower door...I thought it didn’t work...it was SO quiet. He did a great job. He needs to remember to install a lightbulb in new openers however...we had to do that ourselves. We used your company in 2012 for a new spring and they came out at midnight!! So that’s why we called for this issue today. Will recommend and use your company again!
