Jason Daring was the technician that came out to install a new upgraded spring system for me since mine was broken. He explained the different options and told me the benefits and cost differences. After I made my decision , he proceeded to professionally installed the new spring system. I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was very personable and explained the process as he went along. He took all the old parts away, explained how to lubricate the new springs and cleaned up before leaving. The technician arrived early, which was very nice and the spring was replaced in about 25 minutes. The springs are warrantied for 2 years, which is a year longer than the previous company I have used. I was also very appreciative that they were able to repair this the day after Thanksgiving.

Our garage door was fully replaced a few years ago and began to break down prematurely. The springs and bearing all wore out fast. The door was becoming loud and finally gave out. Matt E. Repair work. Our Precision garage door was installed about two years ago and, in this morning, the torsion spring bar support plate came off from the wall and the door became unopenable. Furthermore, the support plate hit and broke the garage door window glass. I called Precision right away and the service man fixed in this afternoon. I was expecting that some troubles would occur soon or later but the most important thing is how soon the service person will show up and correct the issues. I'm so impressed and this is one of reasons we decided to have Precision. The service person, Derek M, is very polite and great service technician as well. By the way, it was no cost for the repair. Thank you!!!!
