Jason arrived here within an hour of our call that our garage door was not opening. He was engaging, informative and very knowledgeable. Also, incredibly patient with our many questions as to how it broke and whether it needed repair or replacing. I was actually not looking forward to making an appointment thinking that another big repair bill was on the horizon for me. I knew the problem was the sensor wire and figured I’d be told to replace both due to age. Instead I was pleasantly surprised. James just replaced the wire and I was charged a very reasonable service charge. I was shocked. Not knowing much about garage door parts, I could easily have been “taken” for something I didn’t need. I appreciated the professionalism, courteous interaction, and inspection of the whole door for no extra fee. I will definitely call again when something goes wrong.

Jason was terrific. In addition to installing mt=y new opener, he explained what he was doing, how he was going to stabilize the attachment, and then how the opener functioned. He also diagnosed that my old spring and cable attachments were about to go, suggesting how he would replace them and the long term benefits of doing so. Excellent service, excellent worker!

Your tech came out on Tuesday and gave us 3 quotes with least expensive of $1100.00 on a 3 year old door. Got it fixed for $65.00. What a difference.

I don’t normally write reviews but after the most fabulous customer experience with Precision I had to write this one. After hours on the phone with Genie troubleshooters (several over a week), I was told I needed a new circuit board. I remembered the commercial “Precision-the name you can trust”. I called and that afternoon Kayne with Precision came to my rescue. He quickly evaluated the problem and fixed it. I did not need a new circuit board. He also instructed me on the correct lubricant to use to keep the door running smoothly and left me with the can (at no charge) to replace the WD40 I had been incorrectly told to use by the garage door installer (who was not with Precision). Kayne also took the time to make sure I knew how the remote, wall pad and outside keypad operated. Kayne provided courteous, patient and instructional service (a rarity these days)-it literally brought me to tears! THANK YOU!

Wow! While home repairs on a random Tuesday night are never ideal - my customer service was awesome. I had a next day appointment made online at 10pm. Jason showed up the next morning right on time and was super friendly and helpful. Repair was completed in about an hour and he gave me different price options which was nice. Jason was my service specialist and replaced my overhead garage door opener, keypad, and touch opener as well as other components that were defective or worn. He had everything he needed with him and performed all of the work in just a few hours. He also programmed my car to the new opener, put in the security code into the keypad, and explained how everything works, including if the electric goes out. I was referred to Precision Door by two other friends hi had similar work done.
