My daughter found out about Precision through Home Advisor. Tom was the responder within 24 hours, businesslike, explained the problem, suggested alternatives, went about his work efficiently. polite, businesslike, pleasant...and liked m dog! Very pleased to have door open more easiy and every time now. Would call again if another need arises.

Great service! We had a spring bust on us and had used this company in the past for a repair. The warranty still applied and we had the door back and operational within a few hours of the call. We only had to pay for the service call which was more than fair. Serviceman was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair.

I called in the morning to have someone look at our garage door and they were able to come out the same day! It was fast, convenient, and easy. I thought we were going to need a new garage door opener and Tim was able to fix it. What a relief! I would recommend Precision to anyone.

I called Precision Door at 3:40p, and the service technician was here at 4:00p! Wow. Now that's fast service. The tech was friendly and answered all my questions as I watched him work. Within 20 minutes, he had fixed my crooked garage door, put in a new lag screw that had been missing, adjusted the brackets back into position, and had my door back to new. I couldn't be happier.

John was wonderful! I was pleased that he showed up on time and came the day I called. John was able to install the garage door opener that we had purchased almost a year ago. He was very helpful and did a great job. If we need anything else for our garage door I will always call precision door company.
