Chris was excellent. Excellent customer service and very skilled and knowledgeable. Our garage spring broke at 7pm on Friday and it was fixed by 9am on Saturday. Fast service and reasonably priced.

I was very impressed with the speed of getting the garage door opener installed (it happened on the same day that I contacted Precision). Alex gave us our quote and was our installer. Alex was able to add insight to questions that arose. He handled the install with ease and we now have a fully functioning, attractive door. I like that the tech who does the quote is also the tech who does the installation. Alex was professional, friendly, and polite. I will be recommending Precision in general and Alex in particular to friends. My only negative about the company is that it can take several people before you get to the one you need.

Hello, My garage door is not operating correctly. In last service call tech just pulled out and plugged back the plug it worked. Right now door door goes up and down constantly loosing power. I have pulled the plug several times and plug it back, it works a little while and then no power to the overhead motor. Please call Ken 614 378 9999

I had a great experience. Our technician David was able to come 2 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment. He immediately found the problem with my garage door, which was a broken spring. He recommended we replace both since the old spring would likely break sooner than later. He also told me about that month's offer of "buy one spring get one half off," which helped bring the cost down. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Though Precision may not be the least expensive company in town, the experience, knowledge and product quality is worth it.

My daughter found out about Precision through Home Advisor. Tom was the responder within 24 hours, businesslike, explained the problem, suggested alternatives, went about his work efficiently. polite, businesslike, pleasant...and liked m dog! Great service! We had a spring bust on us and had used this company in the past for a repair. The warranty still applied and we had the door back and operational within a few hours of the call. We only had to pay for the service call which was more than fair. Serviceman was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair.

I called in the morning to have someone look at our garage door and they were able to come out the same day! It was fast, convenient, and easy. I thought we were going to need a new garage door opener and Tim was able to fix it. What a relief! I would recommend Precision to anyone.

I called Precision Door at 3:40p, and the service technician was here at 4:00p! Wow. Now that's fast service. The tech was friendly and answered all my questions as I watched him work. Within 20 minutes, he had fixed my crooked garage door, put in a new lag screw that had been missing, adjusted the brackets back into position, and had my door back to new. I couldn't be happier.

Alex came to our house today to help us with a problem. My Dad came to visit from Pittsburgh last night and as he pulled in he bumped the garage door and damaged it. He was mortified. He immediately called Precision in the morning and very shortly afterward Alex called. He was professional, pleasant, very helpful, empathetic, and made us feel very important. And he fixed our problem quickly. My Dad ordered a new door and if we’re lucky, Alex will install it! Thank you Jim and Precision!!
