I'm relatively new to Delaware, OH, and have had to call a couple of times for garage door opener issues on the home I purchased. On the first occasion, the springs on my door broke; on the second service call 7 months later, one of the replacement springs malfunctioned. I've appreciated the fact that in both cases, a technician was able to come to my house on the day that I called. He was courteous and professional, explained exactly what was wrong, what needed repairing and why, and promptly completed the work. On the second trip, I'd planned to add an upgraded part to my system and the technician's manager gave it to me the $150 part for free since because of the spring failure. I'll continue to use Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend it to potential customers.

Had issue with garage door bottom seal and side seals. Tech Ken came, replaced what he could and will be back when remaining products are in stock. Tech Ken was very professional, easy to talk to and answered all questions as well as asked pertinent questions. Very satisfied with customer service thus far. would recommend your company.

Thanks, Dimitri! It was so nice to have a technician arrive to rectify our problem who is knowledgeable, honest and ready to do the job right the first time. He replaced our garage door opener, springs and control devices-so far so good. Price was a little daunting, sign of the times I guess...but we appreciate the efficiency and service!

Tim is exactly why Precision should be your first choice in overhead garage door service. He is truly a professional that takes extreme care in delivering service to the customer. Derek M was an incredible representative for Precision Door Service. I called with my issue at 5:45 and he was at my house just over an hour later. He explained and went into great detail the issues we had, provided a range of pricing options for the repairs needed, and then got the job done with an excellent attention to detail. I chose to contact Precision after my garage door had broken while trying to get my wife’s car out of the garage. The service technician came out the same day. He gave me all of my options, with pricing, and allowed me to make a decision with no pressure. They were willing to repair or replace the door if I wanted. I made the decision to replace the door and opener, and the office called that afternoon to schedule a replacement time. This all happened on a Friday, they arrived Tuesday to replace the door. The technician was prompt, polite, and made sure all the work was correct and the parts were in good condition. He even had another panel brought out as the first one was dented. Once the job was completed, we reviewed everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Precision for baby garage door service.

We had an emergency situation on Labor day weekend. I made a call to Precision, they sent a represenative( Alana), she then called and had a reparman( Tyler) come out. He was able to do the repair on the spot!!! This was all done in a matter of 6 Hours from the time I called to a finished job! WOW!!!! Thank you so much!!!

I purchased a new home and needed a garage door opener. My technician, Kayne, was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Kayne had everything installed within an hour and throughly walked me through the product features. Great job! Our garage door began jumping the track and needed replacement of 14 year old springs and improved gripped rollers. Of course this happened on the brink of a snowstorm!
