Because you are a real professional! You allow installment payments and checks. Very few companies do that anymore. I just wish new motors the least expensive was still alot of money for me since I only work part-time now. Unfortunately, that seems to be how everything is these past few years. You also came the same day I called. Which was great. The techs are super friendly informative and respectful.

Robert Pennington

Very impressed that they came out the same day we called. They had all the materials in the truck and were able to fix it on the spot. This was the second time we used them and they made sure everything was right, beyond my initial expectations. Highly recommend.

Philip Moore

Not sure how the pricing compared, but it seemed reasonable and they were out as soon as I could fit them in. Tech was in and out in under an hour. Replaced my faulty sensors and rewired my door. Nice guy and was joking along with my neighbors’ toddlers. Great experience, would use again!

What a great company/ fantastic service!!! Danny was very courteous and explained everything he needed to replace. I am so glad I called Precision instead of "the other guy" who replaced the springs 2 years ago - with sub-standard springs!!! I am confident that the new springs will last much longer!!! Thank you Precision!

Our main spring broke at 3:30 and I called Precision and told them we needed to leave by 6:00 PM. The woman who took my call reassured me that the technician was finishing another job and would be available after 4:00. I received a txt message that he was on his way. Trevor was very polite and explained what I needed, and he used an iPad to show me options to make decisions whether to upgrade. No pressure sales. I took the less expensive option and Trevor had it replaced by 5:45. I was very impressed with the service.

Appreciate the notice of when Walker would be at our home. He was very nice and provided me with information about what might be needed in the future. The service performed is not listed below. Our home was built in 2023 - wanted to get a regular maintenance service to make sure everything is working ok.

We received same day service from Precision. Our technician, Trevor Derifield, was extremely knowledgeable and provided incredible service. Our issue was resolved in short order and Trevor took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone having a garage door issue. I know that I will use them if I ever have another issue.

In a word...Yes! This is how you run a successful business. Joe was fantastic all around, starting with a call ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he took some time to ask me what I was looking for, really listened, assessed the garage environment, explained the process, drafted three options, and was done installing a new garage door opener within an hour. Hey carpet, window, and roofing companies...pay attention over here. No pressure sales. No haggling over a price. No calling a manager back at the office to see if the price can be specially lowered "just this one time." No hour long sales pitch trying to convince me Precision's products are better than the competition's. This is how you do it. This is how quality customer service is prioritized over increased profit margins. You could learn a couple dozen things from this company.

Able to get a tech out the same day I called. Garage door sensors quit working and he offered to fix my old ones for a cheaper price or to put in new ones… I took the new ones. Tech was very nice and personable and fixed the issue. Told me what was going on etc.

We had Precision Garage Door rebuild our garage door in 2022 and they did a fantastic job including clean up. In 2023 we had an issue with the garage door opener and they were quick to respond and also adjust the springs that assist in lifting the door. March 2nd 2025 one of the springs broke Precision was there within hours and replaced the springs at no cost to us at all standing behind their 5 year parts and labor warranty.

Excellent scheduling and repair technician. I never expected the repair to be done same day, but it got put on technician and he was there in the allotted time frame given. Technician very friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected and lubed my current overhead door, and it works better than before. The new bottom sweep is very nice. I would use Precision in a minute and not try anyone else.

Same day service-my garage door would not open. My technician Muhammad Islam performed a review of my garage door and made recommendations to correct the issues. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The job was completed in a timely manner. Muhammad went over everything he had done and explained the changes that were made to my system. My sister has used Precision in the past so the company came highly recommended. Same day service is the best!

I called Precision at 2:00pm, Dave was here to repair my garage door by 4:25pm. Took a look and inspected my door. Went over different options to have the door repaired, I chose what would work for my budget at this time. Dave got right to work and finished within an hour. Dave took the time to showed me what will need to be replaced in the future for a safe garage door. I highly recommend Precision garage repair company.
