Thank you to your whole team who provided prompt and friendly service the same day I called. David Morgan arrived sooner than expected. He went above + beyond to listen to my concerns, thoroughly diagnose the problems and explain in a way I could understand. He walked me through step- by -step and answered all my questions in a very helpful manner. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly he was. We have a very heavy door that the existing motor/opener was not able to support. It was metal grating on metal. David installed a new heavy-duty opener that is so whisper-quiet, I love it!!

You were at my neighbor’s this morning and I decided I needed to have my garage door checked out. I’m in an Epcon unit and they used builder grade everything. Total crap. Anyway, Danny was incredible. He swapped out the rollers and put on new springs. He even linked my car to my opener. Great guy. Thank you.

Exceeded Expectations... Requested a quote for replacement door sealing and alternatively a new garage door. In less than 2 hours David Morgan had called and was at our home. David inspected, explained what was going on and was very consultative in identifying, explaining and presenting our options and benefits of the same. Turns out no new door was needed, just maintenance and support upgrades, which saved us a lot of $$. After all upgrades were made including. Quiet motor package, David explained maintenance and demonstrated the improvements. We are VERY pleased with the turnaround time, responsiveness, professionalism, project completion time (work began immediately) and quality of work. Precision has our recommendation for future projects.

Precision was able to send a technician out the next day...a Saturday. Dylan Farrington called before coming and arrived when we expected. He was very efficient in his work. He showed us the problem and other things that could use attention, putting them in order by urgency and showing us the prices. There was no pressure...Just facts. The repairs were done well and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was friendly and thorough.

This was our 2nd time using Precision for 2 different issues. The service response and repairs were quick and affordable. We had Dylan as our tech today, and he was everything you wanted for a house call repair. Prompt with good communication, professional, knowledgeable, and nicer than he had to be. Despite scheduling the visit in good faith and expecting a resolution to the issue, no actual service was performed. Nevertheless, I was charged a $50 fee without any explanation or justification for the cost. The technician arrived, briefly assessed the situation, and left without making any repairs or offering meaningful guidance. There was no follow-up, no quote for future work, and no value provided in exchange for the fee. It felt less like a professional service and more like a transactional visit designed to collect payment without delivering results. I believe in compensating businesses fairly for their time and expertise, but this experience fell short of even the most basic standards of customer care. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative providers who prioritize transparency, accountability, and genuine service.

Damaged garage door on Sunday 8/24 and called Precision immediately. Rep came out that early afternoon and gave estimate and said they would be out Monday. He informed me that my garage door was in stock and had installers available. There were 2 cars stuck in the garage. Called service dept mid-morning to see if anyone would be out. Response was they will call you. Waited all day for the call and did not hear from anyone until 5:00pm. The gentleman told me someone will be out on Weds. but he said they will try to get out Tuesday, if possible, he would call one way or another on Tuesday service, no call. On Wednesday morning Joe Williams called and said he would be out in 20 minutes, and he was. Joe did an outstanding job. We talked during the installation and got to know Joe well. 5 Stars for his job. If you promise same or next day service, you should keep your word. Joe P. from Delaware, Ohio

Because you are a real professional! You allow installment payments and checks. Very few companies do that anymore. I just wish new motors the least expensive was still alot of money for me since I only work part-time now. Unfortunately, that seems to be how everything is these past few years. You also came the same day I called. Which was great. The techs are super friendly informative and respectful.
