Absolutely wonderful service! My spring broke at 4 pm with my car stuck inside the garage. Precision was great and there was a technician at my house in just a little over an hour, incredible. It was our first time with Precision and we will definitely use them again. THANK-YOU

Internet. Yes, you met our expectations. The technician came out to replace a broken spring; we ended up ordering a new garage door (which we already knew we needed). Our technician's name: Tim Tomlinson. He was very knowledgeable and conducted himself well.

Dear Beth - Let me just start out by saying that the reason I chose your company to service my garage door opener was because of your website. It is one of the best I've seen in the service industry - very well thought out and professional. The letters of reference that you publish are extremely helpful. Publishing pictures and professional bios of the techs is a great idea also. Eric was prompt and very helpful and knowledgeable. I know my opener is on "its last leg" but he was able to keep it working temporarily, until I can gather the money to purchase a new one. I would highly recommend your company to my friends. Service was quick and complete, and opener works great! My 12 years old garage door opener was failing to open the garage door. I found Precision Door Service on the Internet and selected them because of their same day service ad. Jason, the Service Technician, diagnosed the problem and replaced the garage opener gear quickly. The garage door glides quietly and smoothly after the repairs and adjustments. Jason, also tightened the loose opener chain and gave helpful tips on how to lubricate and maintain the garage door hardware. I am very satisfied with the professionalism, politeness, and quick repairs from Jason.
