Unfortunately, the extreme weather conditions has, at times, inhibited our ability to get to the office due to snow and temperatures. With regard to our pricing, we do realize that we tend to be the higher end of the pricing scale at times. John, the Service Tech, explained the problem to me, gave prices for repair and a new opener, and explained the benefits of each option. I had called Precision Door Service last week for an emergency when our garage door spring broke making our door unable to open and their technician came out at 8pm same day and replaced the door springs. I had wanted to get a new door opener then, but the opener was working fine so we left it alone. The garage door opener bit the dust this morning when I was leaving for work and Precision Door Service came same afternoon and replaced the garage door opener.
