My garage door busted at 11am due to user error. Within 2 hours Dustin came and made the repairs over an hour visit. He was courteous experienced and very professional. He explained the charges —very reasonable — and gave me a digital invoice. Precision Door is very well managed and operated and I received a follow up email from the owner manager. Everything about Precision's service was excellent - from contact to delivery of the actual work. After review of the situation it was determined that there did not appear to be a problem. I did ask if the rubber seal bar across the bottom of the garage door could be replaced while the technician was here. They were carried on the truck so he was able to do it. I will contact Precision in the future as needed.

They were actually early for the appointment and did a fantastic job. Serviced my garage door, installed a new bottom seal, lubed all points on the door and was finished in around 30 minutes. I called one day, they came out the next day. I will use them again for all my garage door needs. A great company.

We had a garage door opener that, after being moved and re-installed by a drywall installer, appeared to be dead. Dustin came to our house, asked me to describe what was and wasn't happening and then began to troubleshoot the issues. Within a half hour, we were up and running again.

Found a broken spring on Friday afternoon. Called Precision Door Service (they installed the original set back in 2004) and the spring was replaced within 24 hours. The technician lubricated all the working parts and was done in about an hour. Fast, reliable service and a very competent technician. Five stars for all parts and workmanship. Thank you for the prompt service, even on a weekend.

I knew that the motor for my garage door was on its last legs and it finally died. Tim was the tech sent to fix the problem . . . He called to let me know he was on the way, installed a new motor and was done in less than an hour. Tim was knowledgeable, professional and even gave me a coupon discount. Precision is great!

A bunch of details below, but the short of it is, would highly recommend. It was the day after Thanksgiving when our garage door stopped working, and we still had family in town. We purchased the door and opener from Sears. Which means no one would come to make a service call since they're basically out of business. I called two other companies before precision, neither of which even answered the phone or returned the messages I left. Then I called precision. I talked to Teresa, who was very helpful and super accommodating. She told me they could have someone out later in the afternoon, which was fantastic. Greg made the service visit, and even called to let us know he would be earlier than expected. I could go on and on about the great job Greg did. He walked me through exactly what the issue was, broke down all of the options and costs, and helped me decide the best and most cost effective way to move forward. All said and done, it was just a couple hours and we had a brand new opener. It actually turns out we had gotten in touch with precision a few years ago before we had our garage door replaced and Greg had been our tech then as well. That was also a good experience. After the whole thing was done, my husband and I both agreed that we should have gone through precision to buy our garage door and opener in the first place. This was the best overall customer service experience I've had in while. And on the day after Thanksgiving with family still in the house, and my husband traveling most of the day taking more family back home, it was just so appreciated.
