We have been doing business with this company since last year, when they installed a new door opener. Yesterday the door was not staying up after being opened and then ended up going down all on its own. Then it worked fine a couple times. The next morning the door would not go up. I called the office and they sent someone out -- Derek -- right away. He detailed the issues very clearly and we made an agreement about what to fix. He spent the afternoon on this old garage door installing replacement parts that had probably never been changed for decades. He was very polite and efficient. Everything is working now! Many things were replaced, not just the springs, but I'm only able to select one service.

I will only use Precision. I have an older 18' garage door that has needed some general maintenence and a couple of small repairs. The technicians are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and never pressure you for product and services. Their customer service is top notch. Jules asked me the appropriate questions, listened to what I needed and got me scheduled for the same day. Great company.

Great experience. David Crowe, one of your senior technicians, is simply fantastic. Precision Door installed a "high lift" on our garage door to move the tracks and opener higher so I can put a lift in that bay and store 2 cars there. Great guy, excellent installation, overall fantastic service. Highly recommended. I'd use David Crowe and Precision Garage Door again ANY TIME...!
