Adam did a great job of repairing the garage door gasket. He also suggested a new entry programmer that was the same brand as the opener. He also adjusted the tension on my single car door so it stays up securely. All in all I couldn't be more pleased with Precision and Adam the technician all very professional. The Technician, Anthony was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and at no time tried to do a hard sell such as some technicians might try. He helped us to extend the door of our VFW garage. This is very helpful to us as we are a small and struggling VFW. Anthony has made me a Precision Door customer for any future needs. Tom came and together we assessed some options for a new opener. I initially suggested a Jackshaft, which Tom agreed would be a good decision, but went over less-expensive options. After determining that a Jackshaft would be optimal for the way my home was constructed, he quickly and efficiently installed my new Genie 6170H-B Jackshaft. After installation, he went over the details on how the opener operates, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He cleaned up everything he brought into my garage, including my old opener. Extremely impressed with the professionalism Tom showed, which has been the standard every time I've had the need to work with Precision. Walker was a friendly knowledgeable service tech! I chose Precision Garage Door company from a recommendation from a friend. My old garage door opener stopped working with the remote, and since it was almost 50 years old, it was unable to be repaired. Walker was able to give me a competitive price and do the work immediately. The new motor is much quieter and I'm sure the outside panel will come in handy! I'm very satisfied!

The technician arrived on 5/1/24, ahead of the appointment time and was very courteous and professional. He was very honest in his assessment of the situation, and did not take my money. He told me that certain cement work had to be done before he could repair or install the "bottom seal" of my garage. As soon as I get the cement work done I would definitely use Precision Garage Door company.

My technician was David S. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He examined the garage thoroughly while explaining to me what the problems were. He then wrote up 3 estimates and explained the difference between them. I made my choice and of course, it was more expensive than I originally thought but I did choose one with a 5year guarantee. David also helped me change the code on my door opener which I greatly appreciated. The only thing I might say is that I really would appreciate having an itemized bill. Please email me one.

David was my tech for the problem I had with my garage door. David was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in how he approached his work. After replacing the opener, David tested the opener. There appeared to be a intermittent break in a sensor that required a second trip and David took the time needed to troubleshoot and repair the issue. I would highly recommend Precision and David to take good care of you.

The technician Dustin Keaton was excellent. I have electronics/computer background and wanted detailed information about what had happened to the remote function. Dustin explained it clearly (and helped me fix it); he obviously understands the equipment well. He is knowledgable and courteous.
