I was charged $5200.00 to replace broken spring and 10 year old opener. It's an old wooden door and tech did fix old parts but this is ridiculous. I requested talk with team with chat bot. Please help me understand why I shouldn't take you to court. Friends have had springs replaced for $200-$300. Maybe the opener need to be replaced for maybe 2K$. I'm sure the work was well done and it works well but this cost way too much. Friends recommended you but I can't after this experience. All I really wanted was to get door open and my wife's car out. I just came from a friends funeral and was not prepared for the sales pitch.

Malachi was very polite and gave me estimates on a few items that needed to be addressed. We made a choice to take care of the item that was most important to us. Malachi was happy to oblige and replace the item for us. He did a great job.

Bought a garage door "kit" from a big box store. It was good for about six months before the trash mechanical parts, spring, bar, rollers, cables went to hell. Door tech mechanic, installer, or what ever his job title is Malachi came out and replaced the trash parts with a proper sized spring for the door and to replace the upper workings of the door. Can't be happier, works as it should and should last for many years to come. Request this young fella as Malachi is a top notch worker and employee!

With the power knocked out during the windstorm on 3/13, I quickly found out that the garage door spring had broken and I was not able to lift the door. Being the weekend, I was pleasantly surprised to schedule a repair for that Sunday! The techician Dylan came out and did a quick but thorough inspection of the problem and got us back in working order in no time. Additionally, he repaired a couple of items that he discovered after he started the work and did not charge us since I had already agreed to the scope of work. Quick reaction time. 90 minutes and finished. Professional polite and timely. Pricing is outrageous $700 to fix a 'hung door". Didn't have time to call other companies who are far less. So I went with it.

Cameron came on Saturday during the weekend due to our garage door cannot close. He is the best technician, and very professional and skillful in fixing our garage door. He also identified a potential belt issue with the other garage door. When replacing multi products from springs, motor, belts even screws, he clearly explained why the problems occurred provided solutions. He worked constantly to complete the replacement for both doors. Cameron has a very nice personality and a strong sense of responsibility. We are very happy to have had him work on our home. Thanks!
