Called Precision for a replacement garage door. Jeff called when he was 20 away. Arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. Showed me color samples, a few door panels and explained all the options available. I had a good number of questions and he answered them all. The door itself was OK, but most parts--including the Liftmaster, on which the motor itself was failing, needed replacement. Your representative, Bill, was very professional. He thoroughly explained what we needed and why it was necessary, then stayed late and completed all the work. His dedication to his position and his knowledge were both impressive. I registered for an appointment online during the late afternoon; your representative was there first thing in the morning. Then I decided to contact Precision garage door service to come and help me to figure out what did i wrong then in a hours he found the errors and fixed it...now its work with remote and button on the wall...
