Perfection! Tom arrived on time, he is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I needed a new opener and Tom had it done in no time and was respectful of my property and patient with answering my questions. When a new garage door is in my budget I will definitely be calling Precision Garage! Thanks so much for providing a positive experience in a world that sometimes lacks in that regard.

We had a great experience with Precision back in April installing a beautiful new garage door with windows, all the tracks, and new torsion springs. They did a great job. Recently we had belt become loose on our opener due to a lock screw that needed tightened. They came out the next day and fixed at no charge. Highly recommend them for your garage door and opener needs.

Reached a live person on my first call to Precision, scheduled a service call that same day - the tech Joshua Walker made a complete inspection of the garage door and the issue. Provided a couple different options to consider, and then completed the repair with parts/supplies he had on the truck. Very friendly, very thorough.

I liked the fact that the company has weekend appointments without an extra fee. My tech, who went by Mo, was very courteous and helpful. He seemed like he enjoyed his job. I called late Thursday and was able to book a repair or replace on this Saturday. The repair man walked me thru the problems and we decided to install a new opener. He worked on the door and took less that 4 hours to complete all the work. He explained all the new options and how everything works. He was very polite, nice and detailed in his explanations. The response was quicker than I expected. I was contacted by Derek within a few minutes that he was on the way to help me. He was very professional upon arrival, making sure to follow company policy. He did a very good inspection of the problem explaining to me what he thought would work and got my approval to correct the problem. Although i think the price was a little high, Darek did a very good job on my project. I assured him i would call him the next time i needed a door fix. I was unable to list all the parts used for the repairs purchased.
