Precision fixed our door a few years back and was wonderful and asked and explained everything before doing it to make sure it was okay. Today they had to come out to fix our door bc it came off the track and one of the springs broke. It was fixed within minutes and they were still under warranty and no questions asked. We will continue to us them with future repairs.

As it turned out, my 26 year garage door opener only had a hiccup and the technician was able to do a reset and had it operating in minutes. There was no charge for this, how nice! I had him give me estimates for new equipment and I will have Precision install it when my old opener fails again. This is a fine company.

We have been doing business with this company since last year, when they installed a new door opener. Yesterday the door was not staying up after being opened and then ended up going down all on its own. Then it worked fine a couple times. The next morning the door would not go up. I called the office and they sent someone out -- Derek -- right away. He detailed the issues very clearly and we made an agreement about what to fix. He spent the afternoon on this old garage door installing replacement parts that had probably never been changed for decades. He was very polite and efficient. Everything is working now! Many things were replaced, not just the springs, but I'm only able to select one service.

I will only use Precision. I have an older 18' garage door that has needed some general maintenence and a couple of small repairs. The technicians are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and never pressure you for product and services. Their customer service is top notch. Great experience. David Crowe, one of your senior technicians, is simply fantastic. Precision Door installed a "high lift" on our garage door to move the tracks and opener higher so I can put a lift in that bay and store 2 cars there. Great guy, excellent installation, overall fantastic service. Highly recommended. I'd use David Crowe and Precision Garage Door again ANY TIME...!

Appreciated the prompt service. I couldn’t get the door up so I couldn’t get the car or the dog out. I am 85 and I can’t reach the rope to pull the door open. The spring was broken. Your representative, Joe, was very kind. My only concern was the cost. Even with the discount it was still a lot for a senior living on Social Security. I didn’t have time to shop around so I don’t know how your price compared.
