I called Precision last winter on a Saturday when my garage door spring broke. They were at my home and fixed my door within hours. I didn’t hesitate to call and trust them again today with a garage door that needed attention at another property of mine. David was kind, professional and did a great job installing a new opener and making other necessary repairs. Precision Garage Door of Columbus had performed some maintenance and upgrading of our garage door about three years ago and did a great job. When the door and the opener began giving us some problems this week, I went with Precision Door again, and it was a wise choice. The technician arrived on the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, made some adjustments, and resolved the issue. The technician was not only expert, but also friendly and a pleasure to work with. Precision Garage Door has a loyal customer.

Great service from beginning to end. The phone rep was courteous and seemed concerned about my issue. The service tech called to ask if it was OK to arrive sooner than scheduled, which was great. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient answering all my questions and fixed the problem completely and timely. Excellent customer service. The panels in our 20 year old garage door started cracking and sagging making opening and closing the door difficult and unsafe. Precision sent out a repairman (Tom Palmer) the same day. He was able to repair the door, and we were back up and running within a few hours of making our original call. Tom was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Also, very thorough in explaining the repairs he was making. The door is now working properly again and more importantly safe. Although the pricing we paid was higher than we thought it would be, we were very pleased with the quality of the service and repair and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Appreciated the prompt service. I couldn’t get the door up so I couldn’t get the car or the dog out. I am 85 and I can’t reach the rope to pull the door open. The spring was broken. Your representative, Joe, was very kind. My only concern was the cost. Even with the discount it was still a lot for a senior living on Social Security. I didn’t have time to shop around so I don’t know how your price compared.

Precision fixed our door a few years back and was wonderful and asked and explained everything before doing it to make sure it was okay. Today they had to come out to fix our door bc it came off the track and one of the springs broke. It was fixed within minutes and they were still under warranty and no questions asked. We will continue to us them with future repairs.
