My garage door wouldn’t open so I needed a repair asap. Technician came 90 mins after I called. Work took approx 1 hour (broken spring and a few minor repairs). He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Garage door repairs are expensive but it was well done with a great warranty.

Awesome, awesome, awesome experience. My 28 year old garage door motor died on a Saturday morning. I filled out an online request for service, after a short while, a service representative offered me 3 quotes and installed my choice within the next few hours. I was impressed with the service tech, Gary Lemaster. He made sure I was fully aware of the conditions of my garage door, what might have caused the break, and other conditions that could have caused the break. Gary was friendly, courteous, and professional. He also pointed out from a previous repair what could have been avoided if done properly. Quality and reliability are just as important to me as cost. I'd HIGHLY recommend Precision Door Services, and Gary if he's available.

I had a new garage door installed last year. All the technicians that had come to my house were friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done timely. Recently called due to garage door not opening from inside or if opened not closing. Someone came out that same day to look at the problem. Ended up being a minor fix and appreciated the quick response. Above all, the technician was outstanding. Dealt with me fairly and had good character!
