Precision replaced all the hardware in July 2025. My call for maintenance was caused by the door moving very slowly and lights not coming on. The repairman was courteous and efficient. And the service was on Sunday. Excellent service.

Precision Garage Door did an excellent job repairing my garage door. The technician arrived on time, listened carefully to my issue with a broken spring, performed a thorough assessment, and walked me through multiple solutions while clearly explaining the best option. The work was completed efficiently, and afterward the technician took the time to explain what was done and answer all of my questions. This is the second time I’ve used Precision since purchasing my home in 2016, and every experience has been courteous and professional. I required a Saturday night visit after my garage door was damaged and the door would not close. The technician called to let me know he was 18 minutes away. He arrived, very professional in his manner and indicated he would assess the damage. Following his survey, he put the results into a quote with a senior discount that I approved. He explained it would take an hour. Very competent, respectful,. This is the second time I have used Prescion. While pricing is high, service is very prompt and good. Thank you

My sensor was knocked off alignment. The tech knocked it back into place. He was very kind and thoughtful. Because I did not want to be a total waste of time, I went ahead and did a maintenance call. He explained the worn parts and everything else I needed to know. All in all a nice tech!

I was concerned about the stability of my garage door opener. I procrastinated for a bit. I finally called Precision Garage Door of Columbus. They sent a representative out the same day I called. I appreciate the effort to communicate an ETA; further I received a text with a picture of the technician prior to his arrival. He (Bradley), arrived in a timely manner, introduced himself and proceeded to inquire as to what my concerns were about my garage door opener. He evaluated the situation, thoroughly explained his findings and provided me with options and/or recommendations to consider. Any questions or concerns I had, he answered. I am extremely pleased with Bradley's (Brad) service. Great technician, great service, great company.

The service done by the technician, Malachi, was top notch. I always call precision door of Columbus for my garage door needs because they are knowledgeable and efficient and very trustworthy. I replaced a very very old garage door opener with a newer model of Genie and the “Tax season” discount they are currently offering was a nice savings.
