We had a new opener installed in August of 2021 and had the wireless app installed for remote garage door opening through our smart phone. All worked well until we upgraded our internet service to 5G a month ago. Now the phone app won’t work. This was the reason for the service call. Service tech stated that unfortunately there is no fix for this. Now I know that our opener/opener app won’t work with the 5G internet. Guess we’ll just have to live with the issue.

He laid out all options for our garage door repair and once we made a decision he offered to stay late to get it completed that night. Our friend's car was stuck in her garage (we are responsible for her property) and, she needed to get it out to be able to get to work on Monday. Instead of charging me for a repair I did not need, I paid for a service call and received some good information about my garage door and the motor that I am using. Precision Garage Door company did an excellent job. The technician replaced the garage door opener, the springs, 3 ball bearings and installed a key pad. The service rep, Tim T who came out was prompt; called ahead He was clear and up front about the charges for the services before starting. He cleaned up all the packing materials and took away the old opener and springs. He also took the time to make sure I knew how each item worked. I feel the pricing was right. I was looking for peace of mind and Precision provided it.

Absolutely amazing!!! Worth every penny! The service provided, not only fixing all the issues, but the customer service as well is the best I have received in a long time. Derek was wonderful, efficient with all our issues, and knowledgeable. He came out to fix a broken spring and ended up fixing so much more for us.
