Out the same day and replaced our failing garage door opener. The tech, Gary Lemaster was incredibly friendly and professional. He educated me on everything relating to the garage door. From the initial call to set the appointment to the install was flawless.

I had a positive experience with Precision Garage Door. Late on Friday night I heard a loud sound. On further investigation I noticed my torsion spring had broken and my garage door would not open. I immediately called Precision and the call center put my mind at ease and scheduled a next day appointment. My technician, Evan, called on Saturday morning to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. Evan accessed my broken spring and as I requested my garage door opener. After a thorough inspection together we discussed three price point options and two courses of action. I was confident in my decision for a complete overhaul of a 2004 garage door system with highest quality parts. The seven year warranty on parts and labor is outstanding. In addition I am confident in my choice of Precision Garage Doors due to no additional cost for after hours, weekend, and holidays. I read numerous positive review outcomes on the website as well as information on Evan, who is actually Joseph, however uses his middle name. Evan informed me that he is assigned as my technician for life as he is familiar with my garage door system. Precision is highly rated by the Better Business Bureau and the quick response to remedy my issue was much appreciated. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for great value and professional service.

The service technicians arrived on time and were delightful. They examined my garage door and put together an estimate based on the work necessary to fix my concerns. David C and Adam H worked for 1 1/2 hours to complete all the work necessary. I was very pleased with both gentlemen and the quality of the work they did!

Tim Jr was very polite, respectful, and professional. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about garage doors and components. He explained the service he was providing. It’s also a nice touch that your company posts pics and bios of your employees. Great service. Highly recommend!

Adam was very professional and called to say when he would arrive. This was an old garage door opener but he said looked new inside. He figured out that it was probably the older springs. The springs were on the truck and he gave me a price and it was less then what I expected. Now the garage door works great !

If you need of a new garage door or repair of existing door, I highly recommend Precision Door! I had a new garage door installed about one year ago. There were no high pressure sales techniques, they didn't try to upsell me, and the cost was extremely competitive. Yesterday, my son crashed into the bottom of the overhead door. We immediately called Precision and their tech arrived around 9:00 AM (the next day) and was able to repair the door. The sales force and technicians are highly trained professionals and I will surely contact them for future services. Thank you, Megan and Ead, you're a great team.

We called Precision because another company let us down when we called. Dmitri came on time and did an excellent installation. He was pleasant, fast and thorough. Made sure we understood the opener. Highly recommend.

My entire experience was great! I was able to have someone come to repair my garage door the morning after my call, they came and gave me 3 options; Good, Better and Best. I went with the "Best" option as I didn't want a quick fix, but wanted a long term solution. I have a 7 year warranty, and the garage door is so much quieter when going up or down! I also won't worry about the garage door falling down on my cars in the garage! Thank you!!!

I have used Precision Garage Door Service before that is why I called for help. I was able to get a appointment right away. Dave and Adam showed up and they will never understand what their kindness meant to me. They both introduced themselves the minute I met them in the driveway and from then on I just can't say enough about them. They made my otherwise bad day into a good day. Thank you so much to both if them. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service, I would give them a 10 is possible.

I was looking for a new garage door and opener and called Precision Door Service. Sarah had panel samples in the van for my review, and answered all my questions. I liked all the options in the quote process. Jarrett said he was new to the job but he worked like a professional. He was organized, efficient, and easy to talk to about the whole installation process.

This morning I saw a Precision Door van across the street where I live. I walked over and talked to technician Jason Daring about getting an estimate on a new garage door. Even though Jason was busy, he took time to answer my questions, give me an estimate on a new garage door, and get me scheduled for an appointment. He was very kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Without him I wouldn’t have agreed to do business with your company.
