I chose Precision because of the wonderful commercials. They are everything they said. Excellent service and i am very pleased. Matt E. did a tremendous job. He is the epitome of what every employee should be. He was very professional and very positive. He kept me informed and knew everything about repairing the door. My door is now quiet, operates efficiently and it is nice to use my remote to open/close my door. My puppy, Bella thought she came to see her. She had to get some belly rubs and hugs. Matt is the creme de la creme of Precision. I am a very satisfied customer!!

My appointment was scheduled between 12&4. Tim called at 11:30 and was here at 12. Amazing! He was very professional and inspected my entire door before repairing. I was not oversold and he only had to replace my broken springs. I will only use precision door service. Great job Tim and thanks!

Broken door spring on 26-year-old door. Fast friendly service by David C and Rico. You can tell when service people have the knowledge and experience to do the job right, and they sure did. Had all the parts and bits in the truck so one visit and it was done. Even did a great job cleaning up when done. Door works better than when it was brand new. You can open and close it with one finger. Precision came recommended and so glad they did, and I will also.

Technician (Lake) diagnosed several problems having to do with the age of the garage door: most of the hardware had simply worn out. He replaced all necessary parts quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing at every step. He even went the extra mile and remounted the obstruction sensors at a better height. Great job all around.

We had a issue with our garage door. It seemed like a small thing at first but it turned out I was convinced that I needed to call Precision Doors I’ve knew that I could depend on them to take care of my problem. David showed up and tried to fix the problem but it didn’t work so he had to replace the part. It was just the bottom of the door was hitting the boat tongue. So it bent the door and tore that piece off and he replaced it. He was quick and very friendly and explained everything about what our options were. We have used your company a few times before and would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone that I know. I love that I have used a coupon the last few times and saved me some $ which is great especially these days.
