we called Precision Door Services because our garage door broke, they were very prompt when they stated what time they would arrive, the technician was very nice and professional. found out that we needed 2 springs the last place only fixed 1 since there was only 1 originally installed.

Was very impressed with how fast a tech was able to come out, it was on a Sunday also. The Tech was very knowledgeable, took his time to troubleshoot, even though it was an odd case I had, and provided me with my best options. I would highly recommend these guys! My Torsion spring broke on my garage (yay) I emailed for a quote around 1pm by 2pm I had a same day appointment between 4-6pm Alex was there early(which was fabulous) he was professional courteous and funny, he explained everything to where I felt comfortable, Alex had the job done within a hour, Its nice to know there are still companies out there with such great employees, would highly recommend Precision Door to friends and family! thank you for everything!

Precision Door was great!!! Called to get an estimate on Friday and had an appt for the next day. John arrived promptly for the appointment and was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. We decided to buy the garage door and opener on that day. The process was very smooth and once the door was in, scheduling was easy and fast. Had the garage door and opener installed today. Absolutely love my garage door, looks great and the functionality is flawless! And cannot say enough good things about John. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a perfectionist when it comes to installation! Five stars to John and Precision Door!

One of our neighbors told us to call Precision Doors, and when I looked them up in the yellow pages and saw that they were backed by the BBB and offered same day service, I gave them a call. I called at 7:05 am and Tom, the technician, was at our door by 8:00 am. Tom was very knowledgeable about exactly what needed to be done and discussed it with us and there were no hidden fees. Precision Door did a great job for us on a Sunday afternoon. John was our technician. He called and showed up earlier than scheduled which was great for us. In less than an hour he had our door tuned up and working better than when it was new. I got off work at 2 pm, then at 3 pm my garage door spring broke and my truck was trapped in the garage ! I had to be back to work at 2 am,Precision said they would be here at 8 pm,and to my surprise they were here at 6 pm. They did a fine job on the garage door spring and I was on my way to work again.

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night at 10:30 PM. Saturday morning 9 AM looking through web pages I saw Precisions web site and was very impressed after watching their videos and reading helpful information that they shared there. Next when I called them at 9:30 AM Sat morning the person answering the phone put me at rest and instilled trust for me in the company. She gave me a window of time that they could be there today 2 to 4 or 2 to 6 I can not remember now but I said that would be so great. Now came the best part, Alex E called AT 2 PM and said he was on his way and would be there in about 15 minutes if that would be good for me. When he arrived he was so professional mask gloves and more. All I can say is that he is so truly good with older people. Also when he arrived he looked things over and gave me 3 estimates of what we could go with and let me pick the one I was comfortable with. Also showed the reason for the each of the estimates, my door is 17 years old. Alex E is the reason I am writing this review thank you for having great service people represent your company... I am so happy with the work he did and how nice of a young man was.
