Could not ask for ANYTHING better. On time, actually early, called ahead, had the right parts, Dave knows what he's doing, and the garage door works better and quieter than before the old spring broke. Did I mention it was a Saturday!! Dave is AWESOME!!!!!

Unfortunately my opener was 20 years old and parts weren’t going to be an easy find, although David the technician tried. I ended up purchasing a new opener and while I wasn’t happy with the high price that was charged the workmanship, courtesy and professionalism was much appreciated! In the end I would recommend Precision.

As usual, I am very please with the speed of getting a technician to my home ASAP. I purchased garage door opener in June. I have had problems with door not going down/shutting. We hope by switching the sensors today this will work! The technician was going to check to see if you had covers that would work with protecting sensors. I hope he is able to check and give me feedback.

Very pleased with service gentlemen was friendly and got job done . Used them in 2008 and again today. One of the duel springs broke . Called at 6:30 am this morning. Was given a 10:00-12 noon window for service. They came early did spring replacement and gone by 10:00 am . Thank you very pleased.
