We chose Precision Garage Doors because we’ve seen your trucks in the neighborhood over the years and because of the great reviews you get on your website. Jeff responded very quickly and came out the same day as our call after he dug his truck out of the snow! We got an appointment for the next day to have it installed. Joe, the installer, did a great job working in the extremely cold temps. He gave an arrival window between 8-10a and was here before 8:30. Our door broke on a Saturday because winter is rude. It appears that ice had caused the door to freeze and, when I tried to open it, the spring popped off. I was super happy that we were able to get our door fixed the same day even in freezing cold temperatures. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and he fixed our door in less than an hour. Fast and friendly service can be hard to find but I found it with Precision Garage Door!

Very responsive and excellent work. Cost was higher than expected but my old garage door opener was 50 years old. So, I didn't really know what to expect.

The technician did as I ask to test the system but I did not feel like he did much troubleshooting on his own to fix the problem. He was polite and courteous. I think he wanted to push selling a new garage door opener, no choice of type or brand. He had to replace not only the opener but the rail system also. The remote controls sold separately and door control button inside garage had to be replaced. He did not offer to leave the old system behind in the garage but I did not think to ask him to. I thought the cost was excessive. I would not recommend this company to others.

I called asking for an appointment for a broken garage door spring and the person that answered was extremely helpful and then Anthony came to install the new springs and he knowledgeable, professional, courteous and knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. From the call to the finished repair it was less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision if you need anything repairs done

Precision had been recommended about three years ago by my son. And they came and installed a new motor and cable for me last night when I closed my garage door I heard a loud crack, but everything looked fine but this morning the garage door would not open Precision came within 30 minutes of my phone call turns out I had broken springs. Matt gave me two estimates, and I opted for him to fix everything that was wearing out including the springs that were broken because I didn’t want to have to worry about anything else breaking in the near future and having a call back repair service. He replaced the springs bearing cable and some rollers on the door and it acts like a new door now! Now I have peace of mind knowing that it’s safe.

The spring had broken on my garage door between the time that I left for work and the time that I returned home. I was on the phone with Precision before 4:30 p.m. and was relieved that they could come out today sometime between 6 and 10 p.m.. At 4:45 or so my phone rang and Tony from Precision called to find out if it would be acceptable to come earlier. Tony showed up around 5 p.m. and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with different options (there were 2 different quality levels of spring available for my door). He finished the job before dinnertime, even with taking the time to explain everything he did, as well as to make recommendations for work I may need in the future (the rollers were showing signs of wear, but they did have some life in them). I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family for the quick response and friendly customer service.

I’m so grateful that we called Precision. We originally called another competitor and we were told we would need a new door as the damage was not fixable. I called expecting to leave a message but the call was answered at 10pm and they came out the next day! Anthony with Precision came out and saved us thousands! I do have to say, outstanding work, customer service excellent, and the 2 gentleman that came outstanding. My garage doors were in need of TLC. I called around and alot of places were a little shady to me, and there prices were over the top. Precision upfront price, and was clean and neat even did a few things extra. They even fixed a few problems that the contractor jacked up when they built our house 9 years ago. So over all outstanding.
