Precision Garage Door was very prompt even on a holiday. I called about 6pm on July 3rd and he was at our house by 7:30. He was very thorough and gave us all our options for repair. He was gone before 9pm. This is the 2nd time I have used Precision and will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs garage repair done especially in an emergency.

Fantastic experience. I was given a window of 8-10 AM when the technician would arrive. He showed up at 7:59! Precision Garage Door replaced both springs on my door in November 2003. They carried a lifetime warranty. Yesterday, one spring broke and Gregg showed up this morning and replaced both of them at no cost...only the standard service charge applied. Without question I will use Precision Garage Door again!

Our old garage door opener chose Christmas Eve to die and trap our car. Precision was able to have a tech out within 2 hours. This was the second time that we have used Precision Door and the second time we have had Gregg as our technician (1st time was a broken spring). Tim arrived for his scheduled time of 4pm; in fact, he was early and beat me there to my house. Once there, he assessed the situation and went right to work. He was done within an hour.
