This is the first time that I used this company for a garage door repair. The man I selected (Tim) came on time and explained fully what he needed to do, plus he answered all my questions in a very satisfactory manner. The job was to replace a rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door which was too thin. The new rubber seal is so much better and am sure nothing will get under the garage door now. The price was reasonable, and there really isn't any negative that I can say about the experience, only positive things. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

We called Precision desperate because my car was stuck in the garage because of a broken spring on the garage door. They gave us a 2 hour window for that same day. Unfortunately my opener was 20 years old and parts weren’t going to be an easy find, although David the technician tried. I ended up purchasing a new opener and while I wasn’t happy with the high price that was charged the workmanship, courtesy and professionalism was much appreciated! In the end I would recommend Precision.

As usual, I am very please with the speed of getting a technician to my home ASAP. I purchased garage door opener in June. I have had problems with door not going down/shutting. We hope by switching the sensors today this will work! The technician was going to check to see if you had covers that would work with protecting sensors. I hope he is able to check and give me feedback.
