I did a Google search for a garage door repair with same day service and your business popped up. I called and you were able send out a tech the same day. The tech arrived a little late, but I think the extreme weather was to blame so it was no big deal. He arrived and replaced a garage door spring that had busted. The tech was a very nice and courteous person.

First, I want to commend Precision Door for the email we received within about a half hour after our call and before the service was performed. It was an emergency repair but we were able to see a picture of all the service personnel and read their bios before the doorbell rang. This is excellent service that we appreciated. Tim called first to say he was ahead of schedule and could he come early. He was courteous and very efficient. There was no lag time in the work he performed and the door works like new. We would contact Precision Door again and will refer people to this business.

Tech nice guy, did a good job, happy with quality and everything except final price. For the work completed thought price should have been 20-25% less.

Service was great -- did not get the email on confirmation of the appointment until after the Tech was at our place, therefore did not get the benefit of the coupon for new garage opener or the senior discount -- is it possible to get this now as a credit on the credit card charge?
