Great service! We had a spring bust on us and had used this company in the past for a repair. The warranty still applied and we had the door back and operational within a few hours of the call. We only had to pay for the service call which was more than fair. Serviceman was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair.

I had a broken spring on my door. I called and John was here an hour later. He installed two new springs and checked everything. He was very helpful and explained everything. I would have him come back for sure!

I called Precision Door at 3:40p, and the service technician was here at 4:00p! Wow. Now that's fast service. The tech was friendly and answered all my questions as I watched him work. Within 20 minutes, he had fixed my crooked garage door, put in a new lag screw that had been missing, adjusted the brackets back into position, and had my door back to new. I couldn't be happier.

Called to schedule a service in the morning and had a technician at my home the same day. I was pretty sure I had a faulty garage door unit but I wanted confirmation from a professional. I was told there was a $55.00 service fee which was fine. The technician confirmed my initial thoughts and then said he had to charge me an additional $50.00 labor. I felt this was a bit excessive since nothing was fixed. He did perform an inspection of springs, pulleys etc..but the garage door was just installed 6 months ago so I knew all that was okay. I felt i had to have him do something for the additional $50.00 which the inspection took 5mins. I was then informed to call Genie and that it was a bad circuit board and that it was under warranty. I was then told it would be another $50.00 for the tech to return to install. I'm in the service business as well and I get the service charge and a $50.00 per hour labor rate but I feel the circuit board should be installed at no extra charge once it arrives, and or the additional $50.00 should not have been charged with the first service. Needless to say I will install the circuit board myself, and will not use precision door in the future. With that said Gregg the tech was very professional and actually showed up early for the appointment! He also called Genie and gave them all the information and confirmed the bad circuit board. Very helpful but I still feel I was overcharged.
