Your installer/technician (I don't know his title) was efficient, very careful, thorough and competent as well as a good PR person for the company. I believe his name was John. Thank you also for crediting the $161.50 charge in full due to the problem being caused by mistakes at the original installation. The springs on my garage door broke late on a Sunday evening. My garage door was stuck in the down position with my car trapped inside. I am a physician and needed my car to get to my medical practice for my Monday morning clinic. Jim came quickly that very evening, and fixed the problem efficiently.
