I was impressed by your 24/7 service availability, the photos and bios of service techs, email confirmation of appointment day/time, and name of the tech assigned to repair our door. He showed up within the time period I was told, was courteous, professional, and quickly made needed repairs. A good job all around.

I had called Precision Door Service last week for an emergency when our garage door spring broke making our door unable to open and their technician came out at 8pm same day and replaced the door springs. I had wanted to get a new door opener then, but the opener was working fine so we left it alone. The garage door opener bit the dust this morning when I was leaving for work and Precision Door Service came same afternoon and replaced the garage door opener. It was a pretty cold day but they got the job done. Thanks, Precision Door Service!

Professional, timely, and friendly service. We received snow in the morning and the traffic held Tim up some. He called me to say he was going to be 1/2 late. Upon arrival Tim assessed the broken spring issue and checked out this very old garage door setup. I was pleasantly surprised about how fast he was able to replace the broken spring. He asked me to see the operation of the door to ensure I was happy with the service before making the payment. I highly recommend this company.

He installed the new opener and corrected faults from the older units installation to ensure proper operation of the new unit. He explained what he had done and how to properly operate the new opener and maintain it. All in all very satisfied.

I was very comfortable in knowing in advance who the technician would be and in having the opportunity to read his bio. Eric showed up on time and after examining the door and the opener, explained exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. He worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly.
