Cost was high. Response was slow from website. I got a better response when I called. Gary did a great job.
We do apologize for a slower response time through email, as we always do our best to get back to our customers same-day. Unfortunately, the extreme weather conditions has, at times, inhibited our ability to get to the office due to snow and temperatures. With regard to our pricing, we do realize that we tend to be the higher end of the pricing scale at times. This lends itself to the quality of our product, warranty, our 24/7 service and most importantly, your safety.
