Charged $50 to come out and tell my Spring was broken, which I knew, asked for it to be repaired. Work was fine and it was done quick, but think the price was high for this.
I'm glad we were able to get to you quickly and take care of everything in a prompt manner. With regard to the $50, every job our technicians are dispatched to include a service fee that pays for his travel expenses to get him onsite at your convenience. Being a full-service company, we always do our best to get to our customers same-day and at their convenience. That being said, we very much appreciate your business with Precision! We purchased a lifetime spring warranty from Precision back in 2007 and when the spring broke, Precision came out and replaced the spring for a service charge only. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Our serviceman Eric arrived at the house very early in the 2 hour window that I was given. He explained how he evaluates the garage door and any potential problems that he could run into. He was very precise and accurate in his evaluation and was spot on in his estimate of what the cost would be. Everyone from the person that scheduled the appointment to the serveman was extremely friendly.
