I had another local company repair my broken garage door springs since 2008 in a new build. Since that time I have had four broken springs which I thought was unusual. After researching and talking to neighbors this didn't sound normal so I decided to have another company look at my problem. I found Precision Door from an internet search and read about the 25 point inspection and same day service. I called and they came out within 3 hours. Eric took the time to explain to me why the springs kept breaking and also noticed some of the hinges were cracked and one completely broke. Not to mention some bearings were wearing out. At no time did the other company mention nor looked at these other main components, they replaced the spring and left. I feel confident now that this garage door is fixed right this time and even have a 3 year warranty on parts. I would definitely recommend Precision Door if you want it done right the first time with qualified technicians.

Pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Eric. Eric pointed out areas of concern and adjusted garage door opener. Eric also explained the different type of metal doors to choose from when we can afford a replacement, as well as, pointing out that our rollers are good and do not need to be replaced. Also, I would have appreciated a summary of the costs before the work was done. I was requoted what was told to me over the phone. Seems like a strange way to sell a product and/or service.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision. Our garage door spring broke the day after Christmas, and I was able to contact Precision and make an appointment for the next day. John, the service technician, arrived within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment window (they provided a two hour window), reviewed the situation (he seemed very knowledgeable), replaced the springs and serviced the door. All within about half an hour of arrival. And the price was quite reasonable for the products and service provided. I will continue to use Precision for all future garage door needs, and would highly recommend them to others.

The first big snow storm and my garage door breaks. I called the company and they sent a technician out, through the snow and serviced my door. A flag got wrapped around the side wheels pulling the cable off track, resulting in the door coming off the roller. John was able the realign the track, rewrap the coils and get the door properly aligned and working. Very satisfied with the work done. I Appreciate the promptness that this emergency was seen to. Having a garage door that does not close was not an option. Thank you, Debbie

We had a garage door problem on Sat. evening.....We needed to get the car out. Who do you call on the weekend??? My neighbor suggested Precision. I went on line and looked--24 hour service at no extra charge! The technician came out Sunday morning on time. Gave us a diagnosis and suggest an overhaul for less. He was great, finished earlier than expected, and gave us very good tips. The service was not cheap----but very good.
