Technician quickly diagnosed our inoperable door and proposed cost-effective solutions. Alex was awesome!! Read several other comments regarding Alex’s professionalism, friendliness, patience and expertise. Alex lived up to the expectation. Decided to get a new garage door opener along with the repair of the busted spring and cable. Alex even offered his expertise on what brand has worked best for customers. Overall labor, expertise and peace of mind was worth the cost.

Alex was great he kept working until my garage door opener was opening from the sidewalk. I was ok with it opening from driveway but he wanted it perfect and working like it supposed to. Both my springs were broke and now my garage is quiet and working like new.

Picked Precision from the telephone yellow pages. Was desperate as whole garage door opener assembly broke loose from the ceiling and was laying on top of my car. I am very Pleased with Precision Door. They were the first company I found on the web. I made a Saturday appointment, Tom was our technician came out and did a GREAT job. He had all parts in stock had the garage door working within two hours!!!!! And the door is much, much quieter now TOOOOO!! Awesome job Tom. We will definitely spread the word about Precision

While going through a list of 4 names I received after consulting Angie's List, someone from Precision called me on the phone. They said they could handle the repair I needed. And the tech, Alex, was right on time the very next morning. After examining the problem, he had to leave to get the needed part, but returned when he said he would and had the work done within the expected time. He was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. He tweaked the door a bit to get it operating more smoothly. He cleaned up the area when he was done. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to anyone with garage door "issues." I'm getting a new home ready to move into and this was by far the easiest "repair" job I've had done so far. 5 stars! for sure.

I requested an estimate to replace my garage door. The time was set by you or your employee. While visiting my very ill husband you came at a time I wasn't home. Keep in mind YOU set the time. I was at home 1/2 half hour before the scheduled time. No I haven't returned your calls. There was no reason to do so. Your quote was twice as much as other reputable business's. I will not be using Precision Door. Since you requested me to fill in the "Service Performed" slot, I did so since I would not be able to send a review otherwise. DO NOT BELEIVE IT. I will not be using your company.

I called at 6:30am with a broken spring and my car trapped in my garage. They had a technician at my house by 9:30 and I was out of the garage by 10. Wonderful service!!

I was surprised that the company was willing to repair our garage door on a Saturday. The service man called prior to coming out, which I had asked him to do. The service man was friendly and knowledgeable he inspected out entire garage door apparatus and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and had even made an adjustment that made our garage door preform even better than it had before our spring broke. I would definitely use this company again!

Garage door would not open. Tom arrived on time, assessed the problem and fixed it right away. My home warranty people couldn't get to me for days. Tom was great and professional. Only complaint was I felt it was a little pricey but it was completed perfectly.

Two of the panels on my door had been damaged and have small tears, which caused the door to bind while going up and down. I was worried that I'd have to replace the door but Alex quickly threw on a brace which fixed the issue. He also made various adjustments and lubed everything up. I'm very happy they could get it fixed so quickly and for a very reasonable price. It definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing door service.

I was expecting at least a day to get someone out, but Kayne was to the house by 4pm and we had a beautiful new door installed less than 24 hours later!
