I called at 3:40 on a Friday. One of the springs on my overhead garage door broke. Since it is Easter weekend I wasn’t expecting service until Monday. However they had time today and my tech was here by 4:30 and garage fixed and working before 5!! Matt was my tech and he was very courteous, friendly and professional. I was impressed with all aspects.

I had a garage door opener that was circa 1970. Complete failure and need of replacement. Of course on a Sunday. David was my technician and he was fantastic. I had my call returned, service scheduled and David was on-site BEFORE I received any returned calls from other potential purveyors. WOW! I am still not used to the quiet operation of my new opener (in contrast to the Army Tank-like sounds of my old one!) David is fantastic.

So easy to schedule an apt online and get someone here asap. My garage door broke at 10am Saturday morning and Joseph was here by 2pm the same day to fix it. Very friendly and fast service. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended

Precision technician showed up on time, and within 10 minutes provided a diagnosis. The technician provided repair and replacement option with prices, reviewing with me what each option entailed. I had new Garage door opener installed by Technician Josh on 10/25/24 at my house. Although the initial estimate was really high, Josh worked with me to bring down the price very much almost to one third of the initial estimate with the promotions. He installed the garage door opener very fast and cleaned the work area and answered all my questions and was on time for the appointment. Very professional. Top technician.

We're in the process of getting estimates for replacement of our old garage door and opener at this time. We would like to get at least two more estimates for the job from at least two more companies before we make our final decision. Your representative, Jeff Johnson, was very helpful and thorough and provided complete estimates complete with photos for two types of garage doors with different R values. We will keep you in mind and inform of our decision, hopefully, by the end of this week.

Our garage door springs broke at lunchtime and Precision was able to get someone out by 4:30 pm on the same day. Joe did a tremendous job in replacing our springs/bearings for our garage door. I made an on line appointment and the tech arrived at the start of the window appointment time. We reviewed the problem I was encountering, then he completed an inspection and came with several options. We agreed on a price and he went to work within 15 minutes. All work was completed in 2 hours, things work great. Adam was the best!

The technician was very polite and did a good job. However the final price to replace two springs was way beyond ridiculous!!! 800.00 just for two springs!!!! This should not have been more than 400.00 I will never use or recommend Precision garage door services Ever!!! And yes I should have stepped in and refused service upon his price quote!!
