When my automatic garage door failed to open, I called Precision Door Services because they had provided excellent service on a prior visit. I was given a two-hour window in which to expect my service repair person. About half way into that "window", Jason called to let me know he was on his way, but, since he was on the other side of town, it would take him a while to get to my house. I appreciated that notification and the extra time wasn't a problem for me. I was pleased to discover that my technician was the same young man who had serviced my garage door before. He was very personable and efficient in his work. He also reminded me that I had a service warranty so the call would not cost me anything - nice surprise! I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to all of my friends.

Tim from Precision installed a new garage door opener, new springs, and a new key pad. I called for service on Monday morning and Tim was here by mid-afternoon the same day. He checked the opener and the door hardware. We discussed the options and I decided to replace the old opener, etc. Tim is very knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressure to do any work beyond what was needed and no attempt to up sell new equipment. What he recommended was totally appropriate and he was able to complete the job within an hour. I can recommend Tim and Precision without any reservations.

Didn’t know who to call so read a bunch of reviews and chose your company. I couldn’t have hand picked a nicer technician and felt he was very knowledgeable about his profession and products. I did have culture shock when he showed me the prices but having not gotten estimates from other companies yours might not be out of line. I have had springs replaced in the past and the price was nothing like this. Again I can’t say enough good things about the technician but if I every need repairs again I will get at least 3 other estimates to see if yours are in line with others.

Called at noon on a Sunday. Had Michael B in my garage by 2:45 pm. Garage door was repaired by 3:45. Michael didn't try to upsell me. He saw the issue, fixed it, and was done. I will be calling them for all of my garage door needs, from here on out.

I had chosen to use Precision a year or so ago to install a new garage door opener. When the key pad stopped working I called to have it looked at. A tech was available on the same day to come out and look at the problem. Was able to fix the situation with no problem.

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. I was given a 2 hour window of time when the repair person would arrive. He was actually early but had called to ask if it would be OK. Jason was very pleasant and courteous. He carefully explained what was wrong with my garage door opener (the spring was broken), gave me several options with clear explanations and completed the job in a timely manner. Afterwards, he again went over the charges and explained about the warranty. I liked that he gave me his business card in case I had any questions or needed further repairs.

We had a cable break on our garage door the evening on Tuesday 4/26 we called Precision Garage Door (we have used before) got apt.set for next morning at 8am..service tech Tim Tomlinson was here at about 8:10am and completed the service and was gone before 8:45…replaced 2cables and adjusted the door all under warranty we purchased back in 2005 from them…Outstanding company with very professional staff

He very quickly diagnosed the issues with my garage door,fully explained my options,and took the time to speak to my son on the phone to explain to him what needed to be done. That gesture was very important to a senior citizen. I had options to decide on,no pressure,just the facts. The work was finished in a timely,professional manner. I had a "failure to open" problem and I thought I might need to replace the electrical parts. I heard your TV and checked your advertisement on line and was pleased with the ratings and comments I found there. My experience was completely pleasant, reassuring and professional. A technician was scheduled to come within a time frame of my choosing that afternoon . He called when on the way. He discussed replacement of the system but found the present problem to be repairable so I chose that option. Based on my experience I would give a 5 star rating.

Rodney did a great job replacing rollers on our garage door track. He also nailed down a piece of trim. Rodney was very knowledgeable, personable and polite. We had a broken door spring and called Precision late in the afternoon. A serviceman came within a few hours and worked late into the evening to get everything fixed. The serviceman, David Simpson, was polite, caring and knowledgeable, working in 25 degree weather at night. We are happy with the work, and the door works better that ever, even before the spring broke. The only reason we did not rate them five stars is the fact that they are quite pricey, the estimate was more than we expected. However we were given three options to choose from depending on how much we wanted upgraded, as it was a quite old door.
