I was very satisfied with my service. They were able to schedule me an appointment quickly (next day, in fact), my serviceman arrived when he was supposed to arrive (and called ahead to let me know of his ETA), and the services were provided in timely, professional, and economical manner. Also, there were no pushy sales tactics or other slimy sales stuff; rather, the serviceman just showed up, did his thing, and then was out of there. What more can you ask for? The answer is nothing, unless you're a crazy person that asks people to do things they can't or aren't supposed to do. So, in sum, if you're not a crazy person, you should be very satisfied with their services. And if you're a crazy person, please stop worrying about your garage door and get mental health help.

I called Precision Door because our door and opener needed to be replaced due to an accident. I made the call at about 7:00 in the morning, and the person on the phone was extremely pleasant, and was able to get Gregg out there in just over an hour! (Wow!) The weather was brutally cold that day; however, Gregg came out and looked everything over, and was able to get the door down (by himself!) so that our house was secure. The new door and opener were installed two days later (again, in the cold). Gregg was on time both times and did excellent work. We are very pleased with Precision Door, and will recommend them to our neighbors if they ever need service.
