David H did an excellent job, and very quickly too. He even greased my bearings, and the entire opener system at no charge. I received an estimate the night before online and the final price was within that estimate. The estimate perimeters were very broad and they could easily be narrower to reflect what the actual price will be for a broken spring. They quoted $100-$360 and final price was $350 minus a 10% educators discount for the final price of $315. I am a satisfied customer overall.

I have in small steps over the last 14 years added different level of maintenance to my door to keep functional. Including a new opener, bracing, couple brackets and two rollers. Recently I started having issues with the door not operating correctly and progressively started getting very loud when operating. I could not remember the company I used in the past. So, after investigating and checking reviews I decided to Schedule a consultation with Precision. Very good choice. My Tech Daivd was awesome, he thoroughly walked me through the steps on correcting my current issues, then pointed out things that would cause future issues. Never did he pressure me, just shared his knowledge. I decided to get an entire rebuild, new springs, cable, rollers, bracket, and weather seal and re=programmed the unit. a little shocked with the total cost initially, but at the conclusion of the work I felt the money was well spent. Our experience with Kimberly (who was our first contact with Precision) and Adam (our installer) was great! Both individuals were professional and friendly. Kimberly sent Adam out to our house within an hour. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and analyzed our garage door problem. His explanation and remedy of the problem was easy to understand. He gave us an estimate and made the repair in a timely manner. Also, just as important he supplied us "service with a smile". No one like to spend money on these types of repairs but it nice to deal a company that has people that care about their customers.

Your technician was very kind and knowledgeable, did his job and did it well. The main problem that I have with your company is your pricing, $350.00 per spring ( actual cost of the spring approximately $50.00) Replace the motor starter on my opener $160.00 (actual cost $15.00) I understand that you are in business to make a profit and the knowledge of your servicemen is valuable asset. I will definitely explore other options the next time I need work on my door

Trapped! Yes, trapped is the best word to describe the feeling you have when that spring on your garage door snaps. I had that feeling last Thursday night and though I really didn't need to go anywhere, you think of a half dozen things you would like to go out for, if only you could get out. I had this same problem 5 years ago, so I gave that company a call, actually several calls, but by late morning they hadn't called me back. Not wanting to wait any longer I called Precision Garage Door. Their technician arrived much earlier than expected and got right to work. He had everything necessary to perform the job and quickly had the door fixed and everything cleaned up. The company that originally repaired my door 5 years ago still hasn't called me back.

I was not happy with the garage door opener they installed. I told sales guy that we wanted one that would tell us when the door was opened or closed and Wifi. They did a great job installing the new door but the insulation of the opener and how it works not good at all

Precision called me to let me know that my technician, Jarrett, was running behind on another job and asked if it would be an inconvenience to have him come later than my scheduled appointment time. I had no plans so agreed to the new time. Jarrett was so kind and courteous. Upon arrival he explained what he was going to do. It was a big job and God Bless Him! He worked well into the night in order to complete the job. I even told him he could come back and finish another time and he said “no ma’am…. I signed up for this”. From the moment I contacted Precision until the new door when down, everyone was very professional and attentive. I contacted 5 companies and Precision was the only company who sent someone out to my house. The others offered quotes over the phone. I highly recommend Precision and would use them again in a heartbeat!
