Was not impressed with the service. He was here about 5 minutes. Looked at the wiring to the sensor and then wanting to sell me a new garage door opener. Not impressed at all with the service.

I had an issue with my door not closing. I called, they scheduled an appointment for me that day. The technician, Walker, called me shortly after my initial call to let me know he was coming. Walker came out, explained clearly what was causing my door not to function correctly, and explained to me a couple of options to correct the concern. I chose to have the repairs done, and Walker quickly completed the job.

Matt Eberly was our technician and was very professional and assessed our garage doors and made sound recommendations for repairs. He provided a quote prior to making the repairs and checked all his work to make sure everything was in good working order when he finished. Very pleasant man and excellent customer service. I replaced my old overhead door opener with a side opener. I could not believe the difference. It is so quiet you have to listen to hear it. Derek done me an excellent job by balancing my door replacing my rollers and programming my remotes. I would recommend precision door company and Derek the technician to anyone. Precision did a great job with my garage door repair. The technician (Trevor) was amazing and very thorough in detailing all of the parts that needed to be replaced, and I really appreciate how quickly he was able to install new springs, ball bearings, shaft, as well as identifying an issue with my gear and sprocket set. Had the spring on my garage door break Saturday night at 7pm. Called Sunday morning at 10am and someone was there at Noon on Sunday to replace the broken spring, lube the wheels, and adjust the closure distance. Technician was very good and had everything wrapped up in an hour.

This company is the best! I have used them twice, the first time was on a Sunday when the spring broke on my garage door and of course my vehicle was trapped inside, what else? They were there to fix the spring - on a weekend - very quickly! This time was no emergency and they were still there quickly. The tech was knowledgeable and very informative and he checked the entire opener and door and even lubed what was needed. Precision is my go-to garage door company for certain.

I think the technician I met with was David. He came and spend close to an hour assessing the situation of my "hopeless" garage door. Quite old and neglected. After the time spend, he had two suggestions. 1. For around $700-$800 he could give the poor thing a bandaid and it might work for a few more months. Option 2. Remove the tracks, rollers, door and all existing hardware and install a new door. I went with that. Cost I believe to be reasonable and door has been ordered. Let's review again after installation. Thank you for your service. David was clean cut, honest, and knew his business.

Precision installed my door a few months back but I opted to keep my old opener. Well it quit working over the weekend and I reached out to schedule a service call. I love that I can schedule online but I love that I was able to get next day service even more! Andrew was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work installing the new opener. He even helped me try to get the neighbor’s dog back inside. Definitely a Precision Garage Door customer for life.

We were traveling all day Friday and arrived home around 9pm. I closed the garage door and there was a loud crash as the spring broke. Both of our cars were inside the garage and we were stuck. My husband said call Precision Repair and I did at 925pm. The polite young lady gathered information and offered me an appointment between 8-12 the following morning. Tom called at 0815 to let me know he was on the way. Tom was friendly, organized and informative. He updated our garage door hardware, new springs and garage door opener. We would highly recommend Tom and Precision. We are grateful for making us a priority and getting us to our appointment! Many thanks Tom! You are awesome!

On initial telephone contact, I was left with the impression that they could replace the original springs, and they promised a promotional price for the pair. The service tech arrived promptly as promised. But the first thing was that the entire spring system had to changed over to coil springs. Several very expensive parts were needed to perform this. The tech prepared an estimate which included the originally promised spring price and an additional discount. Although the total was much higher than anticipated, and since I can no longer do this kind of work, I gave the go-ahead. On the positive side . . . The service tech was cheerful, friendly, informative and polite. He performed the replacement quickly, efficiently, and safely, completely cleaning up after himself. The result is a smooth running, quiet door. In summary, i can highly recommend Precision for their service and product quality. Just be prepared to pay!

David H did an excellent job, and very quickly too. He even greased my bearings, and the entire opener system at no charge. I received an estimate the night before online and the final price was within that estimate. The estimate perimeters were very broad and they could easily be narrower to reflect what the actual price will be for a broken spring. They quoted $100-$360 and final price was $350 minus a 10% educators discount for the final price of $315. I am a satisfied customer overall.
