I can’t say enough about Precision. I always look for Businesses listed with the BBB with good ratings. Precision was that. I was having problems with my existing garage door. They sent Michael B to the rescue. Amazing technician. He was the sweetest and very detailed. He explained everything and did an amazing job! Hats off to Michael and Precision for a job well done! Highly recommend.

I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon when my garage door would not open. With a couple of hours Derek was in my driveway! He explained the other things that were going bad on a 33 yr old door and stated that they weren't critical at that time but I elected to have them done to avoid my vehicle being stranded again in the future. To my surprise, he was able to do them right then and there - on a Sunday no less! I did not realize just how bad the rollers, cables, hinges, etc. were on that door until he was finished and it's SO quiet and works so well that I am glad I found Precision.

The technician that was sent to inspect my garage door was Michael Bowman and he did an excellent job to explain what needed done and he then he stayed and did the work. I wish all technicians or repair personnel would be as profession as he was. If I would have any problems I will ask for him

Kayne called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and we appreciated that he asked about wearing a mask. After inspection he gave us three options for the repair. We chose to have him refurbish the current door. He explained a double car door like ours needed two springs and we only had one. He installed two new springs, bearings, hinges, rollers, cable, drums, a new operator reinforcement bracket and adjusted the door opener stops. Afterwards he explained everything he did and showed us the operation of the door. It works like a new door! We are very pleased with Precision and especially Kayne's professional appearance and friendly demeanor. We will definitely use your services again.

I saw your advertisements on TV and when the spring on my garage door broke last night, I called Precision. A very nice lady scheduled me for a repair this morning between the hours of 8 and 12. Shortly after 8 a.m., I received a call from Jonathon stating that he would be arriving within 25 minutes. He was very professional upon his arrival and checked the door thoroughly. The rollers and spring had definitely lasted past the warranty. He gave me 3 options and explained them very well. I will recommend your service to my friends!

I learned that my garage door would not close at around 7:30Am. Called Precision and my door was fixed and working before 10:30 Am the same day. That is what I call customer service. The tech explained what had to be done, and gave me what I determined to be good alternatives. After making my selection he was done within an hour. I'll be using Precision in the future.

I am all about the small local business owner. I tried using the local people around Pataskala area but they are just not responsible, no call backs, shoddy workmanship, a waste of my time. Time to give up and use a larger company.

Precision initially installed our replacement double door garage opener. This year we had problems with the door opening periodically like someone had our passcode/ frequency, etc.. In addition, our inside door opener pad would not operate on a consistent basis. Our Techician Derek Mason was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our whole system out and no obvious answer to our problem. However, he took the extra time out to look further into the inside wall contol unit and located a couple of wires somewhat loose. He tightened them up, and it's been almost a month now, and we haven't had any problems with the unit since. He gave us some additional tips as well. Thank You Derek.

Garage door repair-I thought for 1605dollars I should have gotten a new cross shaft for the springs instead of using old one. The tech put a reinforcement Brit on that he said he wouldn’t charge me for clearly he did 135.00. I don’t like surprises.

Precision Door came out, and the owner Jim installed our new garage door opener and motor. He was professional and on time. Searched in Home Advisor and this company was the first to follow up.they assessed issue and gave me the options. Since Current system was ancient, I opted for new motor and controls. Tech had new equipment on truck And did the switch out on the spot. Tech came out within 24 hours of first calling them and door fixed within 2 hours (Had new parts on the truck already. They responded quickly and efficiently and won my business.

We needed to have a spring replace. Dustin came the same day and replace the spring very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. We have had replacing the door on our list to do. Dustin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and we ended up ordering a new door. Will be back to update our experience once that has been installed.
