Called them out for a repair, during the diagnostic process the opener was damaged . The opener was working when they showed up so they made it right and installed a brand new opener free of charge no questions asked . You can not put a price on integrity!

David Morgan with Precision Garage Door Service was great to work with! Advised me on which product would be best for my needs/wants. Got the job done quick, had a few laughs and I will be a returning customer for life. (I recommend Genie for their warranty) I didn’t have to shop around as they graciously gave me a 10% off discount! They did not have to do that, yet they did. Thank you Precision!

My garage door would not open so I needed to call someone to come check it out. I had seen the precision Garage Door trucks around, and they had a local office, so I decided to call them. I was very, very pleased with the service. The problem was diagnosed, fixed, plus both my doors were lubed and the tech even cleaned off the wood dust (from the garage workshop) from the top of my garage door opener and blow it away out of my garage! He was very polite, helpful and quick - and with a smile. I won't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again if I need them.

Professional and fair. Joe came out and showed me the options I had available and prices for everything. I selected what I wanted/needed and there was NO pressure to go with something else. I appreciated that very much. He completed the job in 2 hours (maybe less), showed me how to operate everything, and made sure I was comfortable with it. I would highly recommend Joe and Precision Garage door.

In the past 8 years, we've called Precision to come out to fix a broken spring and a few years later for a tune up. Both times Precision was timely, professional and nice to talk to. Both reps were competent and thoughtful.

I called Precision because they had done such a great job when I needed them several years ago. Tim, who came to repair my door spring etc. was on time, kind, explained exactly what were the possible “fixes” and their price points. He gave me such peace of mind because my door was up all night and I was anxious for it to be repaired. Thanks for the great job!

Precision Garage Door Service has been our go-to company for any garage door issue we’ve ever had over the past twenty years or so. Most recently, in a three year old house we purchased nine months ago, we called in Precision to evaluate a door that was obviously underpowered and not working well. Precision’s technician, Jonnie Swartz, thoroughly evaluated the situation and plainly explained each of the issues he diagnosed and the corrective measures that could be taken along with the cost of each one. Jonnie was great to deal with and, after our discussion, he efficiently and effectively corrected every problem. We now have a garage door that works like new ! We particularly like Precision’s customer service and attention to detail in scheduling and performing any needed work. We have found the professionalism and skill of their technicians to be first rate on every job the company has performed for us.

It was recommended by my First Alert system. The problem was solved, the workmen (2) were both helpful, friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and were very courteous. I would recommend them. However, I found the prices for what was done was very high. I have neighbors who I will tell about their service, but I will mention that the price was very high for what I had done.
