Michael B was the technician. He called and estimated his arrival time and actually made it - doesn't happen often with our service calls! He listened very carefully and tried to accommodate our concerns each step of the way. He stayed until he was sure the new keypad, both cars and the phone app were all updated and ready to go. Though we were told how expensive you were, I have no problem paying for quality service and we feel we got our money's worth.

Our garage door began acting oddly by not wanting to go all the way up. On a Tuesday we called Precision and on Wednesday (the next day) they sent Mr. Jeff Johnson to our house to give us an estimate for a new door or a possible repair. We discussed the situation and my wife and I decided to purchase new doors. He took measurements and said that new doors would be installed on Friday. The whole process took only three days. Mr. Lashad Lake arrived at the house the next day and installed a Single door and also the Double door. The experience, and mannerism of these two people are top notch. I would recommend the Precision company and these two employees to everyone.

Listen up!! I usually don’t do these. Let me say BEST customer service and Technician experience(any trade)in a long time. John was very knowledgeable and cared about how we felt and how not to pressure us into purchasing anything. He explained the problem, and how he could fix it, but here is why it keeps happening. He walked us through and explained the why, and solutions. We have had many problems with the openers and springs breaking this was the fifth time since we built the house. We now have the proper openers and springs that should of been installed by the other guys! Not to mention extremely quiet with new technology to open and close and monitor. Thanks again John and Precision!!!

Came home from a cruise to our garage door not working. I submitted a request for a same day appointment and within a few minutes, a wonderful lady gave me a call back to confirm a time that day and to gather a little more detail on the issue. David S. gave me a call about 15min before he arrived to make sure it was still a good time to come by. That alone was a great start because most places, though they tell you they'll call before they arrive, they don't. When David showed up, he was friendly, professional and personable. He listened to what was going on with our garage door and inspected everything, not just diagnosing the problem. After explaining and showing me what was wrong with our garage door, he went above and beyond in making sure I knew what all of my options were, giving me his professional advice, being transparent with recommendations and what he has seen happen with openers like mine that was about 30yrs old. We opted to have a new opener installed, he gave me an ETA and quote and got right to work. He exceeded any expectations I could've had. He programmed our remotes, keypad, walked me through setting up the Genie app and making sure everything was working correctly, explained things to me to make sure I knew exactly how everything worked. Great same day service. And Joseph was awesome. Our garage door was having major issues and we noticed it right after we moved in. Precision came right out same day and investigated the problems. Joe gave us options and fully explained the inner workings of our garage and lended his expertise. He was friendly and professional. This was a great experience and never tried to sell us on anything. He presented options and did great work. They also had all the parts on hand and within 2 hours our garage is quiet and safe. Saw advertisements on TV about your service trucks being fully supplied, which was the reason I contacted your company. It was simple to set up an appointment with a LiveChat. Also, to change the appointment, no trouble. Technician was very professional, informed and polite. Work was done quickly and neatly considering old mechanisms (springs, cables, rollers, gasket, etc.) had to be removed and new ones installed. Expectations were met. I was very impressed and would recommend Precision to anyone.

A word in the company name, PRECISION, says it all about the employees and company of Precision Door Service. As it typically happens, when winter sets in, mechanical things out side start failing. A week or so earlier, the battery in one of our vehicles died. Then the garage door opener started acting up. I called Precision Door Service and got an appointment for the next day, just missing the same day by a few minutes. Patrick Mulligan was the technician sent to our house. I knew as soon as I meet Patrick the remedy was going to go well for us. and it did. Patrick explained our options, and he immediately started working. He had EVERYTTHING, with him, no need to get parts and come back. It only took him about an hour and a half to two hours to take out our old garage door opener system and install a MUCH BETTER system. He did this while the temperature was freezing, and a stiff wind was blowing. And if he had been home. during his dinner time. Everything worked to perfection We even have battery backup now! I can’t say enough good things about Patrick, and Precision Door Services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, if you want the job well done and beyond.
