In both instances when I need someone right away Precision was there in less than 24 hours. Once for a new garage door motor and most recently when the 16 year old spring on the door broke. Professional, customer focused and kind. Highly recommend Precision !

Called Precision door yesterday to schedule an appointment. That evening Tech Dustin showed up to look at my garage door opener. I thought the visit was for an evaluation. Dustin informed me that he could have me up and running in 45 minutes! He made some repairs and adjustments to my door. Tech was very friendly and knowledgable. I was dealing with a pro. He stayed until I was comfortable with using the remotes. The added bonus he lubricated the garage door hinges and railings. The door opens and closes very smoothly. Thanks for making my day! ***** rating for sure.

Fantastic service. Very professional and friendly too. Tech is personable, understanding, and does a great job explaining the options to you so you know what to expect and what it will be without questions. Work was finished quicker than anticipated and the tech took time to show me everything was in working order and answer any questions before the checkout. This is the first time that I used this company for a garage door repair. The man I selected (Tim) came on time and explained fully what he needed to do, plus he answered all my questions in a very satisfactory manner. The job was to replace a rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door which was too thin. The new rubber seal is so much better and am sure nothing will get under the garage door now. The price was reasonable, and there really isn't any negative that I can say about the experience, only positive things. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Dave was Awesome!!!!! Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Dave installed top knotch replacement springs after one of the old ones decided to break. I would definitely recommend this company including Dave all day every day. Thanks Precision for being there for us on a Sunday.

We called Precision desperate because my car was stuck in the garage because of a broken spring on the garage door. They gave us a 2 hour window for that same day. As usual, I am very please with the speed of getting a technician to my home ASAP. I purchased garage door opener in June. I have had problems with door not going down/shutting. We hope by switching the sensors today this will work! The technician was going to check to see if you had covers that would work with protecting sensors. I hope he is able to check and give me feedback.

Precision Garage Door was very prompt even on a holiday. I called about 6pm on July 3rd and he was at our house by 7:30. He was very thorough and gave us all our options for repair. He was gone before 9pm. This is the 2nd time I have used Precision and will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs garage repair done especially in an emergency.
