This company is all about customer service. My garage door self destructed so i called Precision. They were here within 90 minutes and had it fixed within about an hour. Good Job !!!!

Pleased with the technician and his patience :). The new rollers have quieted the opening and closing of the door quite a bit. Realized the next day however, that when he reprogrammed the remote in the garage that he forgot, and we didn't remember either to reprogram the opener on the outside of the garage door and the opener in our car. Fortunately our neighbor was able to help us. But we will most likely call you again if we need service. thank you. Jane

My garage door opener stopped working on Fri. I googled for someone to repair it and found Precision. Scheduled visit for first thing Monday. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving, as promised, and was here in the time that I selected. I showed him what my garage door opener was doing and he replied, "It's fried." I thought as much. Quoted me a new one, said he could replace it in about an hour which he did. Would use Precision again and would recommend them.

In both instances when I need someone right away Precision was there in less than 24 hours. Once for a new garage door motor and most recently when the 16 year old spring on the door broke. Professional, customer focused and kind. Highly recommend Precision !

Called Precision door yesterday to schedule an appointment. That evening Tech Dustin showed up to look at my garage door opener. I thought the visit was for an evaluation. Dustin informed me that he could have me up and running in 45 minutes! He made some repairs and adjustments to my door. Tech was very friendly and knowledgable. I was dealing with a pro. He stayed until I was comfortable with using the remotes. The added bonus he lubricated the garage door hinges and railings. The door opens and closes very smoothly. Thanks for making my day! ***** rating for sure.

This is the first time that I used this company for a garage door repair. The man I selected (Tim) came on time and explained fully what he needed to do, plus he answered all my questions in a very satisfactory manner. The job was to replace a rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door which was too thin. The new rubber seal is so much better and am sure nothing will get under the garage door now. The price was reasonable, and there really isn't any negative that I can say about the experience, only positive things. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Dave was Awesome!!!!! Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Dave installed top knotch replacement springs after one of the old ones decided to break. I would definitely recommend this company including Dave all day every day. Thanks Precision for being there for us on a Sunday.

We called Precision desperate because my car was stuck in the garage because of a broken spring on the garage door. They gave us a 2 hour window for that same day. As usual, I am very please with the speed of getting a technician to my home ASAP. I purchased garage door opener in June. I have had problems with door not going down/shutting. We hope by switching the sensors today this will work! The technician was going to check to see if you had covers that would work with protecting sensors. I hope he is able to check and give me feedback.
