I really can't say enough good things about Precision Door Service. I called around 9:45a on 12/24/2020 and they had a technician(Matt E) come out to the house around 4:00p. He did a very thorough inspection of the door and found several other things wrong that I hadn't noticed and wrote up the estimate. Once he started the work he was done in a very quick time, he did an excellent job. He was very professional and detailed. They even called one time to see if they could come sooner, but unfortunately we could not make that happen. Truly a great company from the staff that answers the phones and makes the appointments to the staff that comes to the job site and performs the work. Would highly recommend using them and will use them again.

Technician arrived on time, went over all issues with me in a very understandable manner. Proposed repairs that were needed were within my budget and they had the job done in under 90 minutes. The technician then went over everything that had been proposed/completed and now my door closes properly, noise is almost non-existent and I have two openers! All in all, great job done by your technician(s). I would highly recommend your company to anyone.

Our service tech, Tim, arrived about 2 hours after I called. He inspected our door in a few minutes and gave us our options. He then repaired our broken torsion spring in about 30 minutes. I was ready to pay for a job well done when he informed me that after speaking with the central office, they were going to waive the entire cost of the repair! Amazing! I will now donate that money to my local charities and food pantries. Thank you! #PayItForward

11/20/2020; 5 Stars. Garage door spring broke 6am when leaving for work. Called and reached a live person at 6am - amazing! and scheduled a service tech who arrived at noon. Tech's name was Brian. Very knowledgeable, professional and engaging. Gave me different pricing options and quickly completed repairs. I will certainly recommend this company to neighbors and friends. Scott Creed.

I’m pleased with my 8x18 garage door and opener installed 2 1/2 years ago. Installers were professional and did a good job. My only concern is my springs wore out in 2 1/2 years under normal use. Time will tell if the springs where under sized or defective.

Very pleased with this company. My service tech was Alex and he takes customer service to a new level. Super friendly and very informative as he went through the install. Went over everything in detail and happily answered any and all questions I had. Our new opener installed works great and is way more quieter than our old one. Contacted them at 1 on a Saturday and Alex was there at 2:30 same day. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this company. Any work I have in the future I will for sure use them and ask for Alex.

Alex came 3 hours earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Our door was frozen to the floor and when we opened it, the bracket came off. He went to work immediately after explaining what he was going to do and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable. Will have him come back when it’s warmer to do some realignment. Great service and company.

I highly recommend Precision Door -Columbus. I had the greatest experience from getting an estimate to the completion of my garage door opener installation and keypad. Unfortunately my opener was 20 years old and parts weren’t going to be an easy find, although David the technician tried. I ended up purchasing a new opener and while I wasn’t happy with the high price that was charged the workmanship, courtesy and professionalism was much appreciated! In the end I would recommend Precision.
