We had Precision come out and help us design the door we had in mind. the door was ordered and installed a couple weeks later along with a Wi-Fi capable opener. The garage door looks better than we had visioned. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and completed the job on time. He also installed the out door key pad and got everything working.

The company technician arrived on time in a fully equipped vehicle. The work was done professionally, quickly and efficiently. I agreed with the recommendation to replace the roller bearings due to their severe wear. The provided two-year warranty is pleasing, although I hope that there will be no problems. Due to my not very good English, I did not quite understand the information about the company and country of manufacture of spare parts.

Adam was great. He was efficient, friendly and courteous. He fixed the immediate problem of replacing the back up battery and lubed the tracks. He told us of additional issues but the cost is too great to do those repairs. We will use Precision Door in the future.

He was friendly and patient in working with home warranty company I have. He was knowledgeable. However, I feel like he was trying to trick me. The quote was very high. When I asked what he can do with the allowance amount from a warranty company, he quoted me 209 dollars for a tuneup. After observing his service which only included lubricating and tightening, I checked for pricing in Groupon and found a standard tuneup service for 39 dollars. Upon showing that, he lowered the price for the tuneup. I could have been easily taken advantage of. I will look for another contractor next time.

After another company failed to show up, I called Precision Door Service and was greeted with GREAT customer service. An appointment was available within hours of my call. An email with of the request and who would be coming was sent instantly which included a photo of all the technicians, in case a different tech was able to get to me sooner. A phone call was received when the tech was in route. Adam H was tech, he arrived when he said he would, he was polite, friendly and respectful to me an my property. Adam provided me a 3 options in a written quote and reviewed each one with me. The garage door was repaired in no time. Adam then reviewed the work he had completed, by physically showing me and verbally explaining it to me and reviewed the warranty. Thank you for helping make a bad day better. :)

My Garage door was ran into and 2 panels damaged. I called Precision and within 4 hours Tim Tomlinson showed up and very and evaluated the damage. He was very professional and within 10 minutes had an estimated repair cost and timeframe for new panels being ordered / installed. Precision installed two springs ten years ago. One, due to no fault of their own, was defective. The cone attached to the spring detached. When I called, their technicians could not come until the next day. I called a competitor and they came and fixed the door by replacing the defective spring. I called Precision and they sent out a representative to inspect the defective spring. They agreed that it was defective and even though it was ten years old, reimbursed me for the money I had spent. This is outstanding customer service and a real blessing to us.
