My Garage door was ran into and 2 panels damaged. I called Precision and within 4 hours Tim Tomlinson showed up and very and evaluated the damage. He was very professional and within 10 minutes had an estimated repair cost and timeframe for new panels being ordered / installed. This is the first time I have used Precision and thus far have been extremely impressed with their response time and work ethics.

Precision installed two springs ten years ago. One, due to no fault of their own, was defective. The cone attached to the spring detached. When I called, their technicians could not come until the next day. I called a competitor and they came and fixed the door by replacing the defective spring. I called Precision and they sent out a representative to inspect the defective spring. They agreed that it was defective and even though it was ten years old, reimbursed me for the money I had spent. This is outstanding customer service and a real blessing to us.

Matt was our garage door technician and he was very knowledgeable about the products that we were looking at installing. He was very professional, wonderful at his job and a really good listener. Precision sent a serviceman within 90 minutes of my phone call. He diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me 3 options (3 price ranges) to fix the broken spring, He put in the new spring quickly. I also bought a new opener when he pointed out the grinding noise the old motor was making. I am more than satisfied with the repairs. The serviceman was one of the nicest guys I ever met and took pains to make sure that I understood everything he was doing. Precision does not have the cheapest rates in town, but they have the best service. You get what you pay for.

Was having issues with my garage door opening not functioning properly. Door would go down and then reverse back up. Precision sent Tyler out to look at my issue. Upon review of my unit, Tyler found that the gears had worn down very badly. My unit was the original unit that came with my house when it was built 17 years ago. Tyler offered to look at pricing for the parts to repair the unit or to quote a replacement unit. I opted for the replacement unit. He had the new unit installed and up and running within 45 minutes! Very happy with the level of service and will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to all of my friends and family!

My garage door wasn’t opening up smoothly and was jerking. The chain that goes into the door opener was hanging as well. I called precision door service after seeing their ad that they have same day service. The tech that came to my house was great and very professional. My rollers and springs and some other items were replaced and the door is opening very smoothly and is working great! I appreciate their fast and professional service. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again, if needed
