Matt came to my home and corrected my concern. I feared that the right side cable was rubbing against a metal piece, which would cause the cable to break. But, Manager Matt moved the metal piece a bit to the right. The potential problem was avoided. I am very satisfied with the result. And I am granting you an "excellent" grade for your overall work. We received top notch service in every way. Our opener failed on a Sunday and a service call was promptly set up for Monday morning. Daughter recommended Precision Door Service. Garage door spring was broken and could not get door opened. Needed quick repair so I would be able to get car out of garage in morning to take wife to hospital for surgery. Called Precision Door and they were able to schedule me in the same evening I called. Walker was the technician who came out and he was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and great overall individual. Highly recommend Walker to anyone. He arrived at 7:40 pm and replaced spring, new cables and rollers and replaced several hinges that were starting to crack. Showed me how to lubricate all necessary components. Completed job in an hour and a half from quoting to cleanup. Job was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but with the quality work that was done, and a wonderful technician, it was well worth the extra money. Great job! Thank you Walker and receptionist who worked with me to get our garage door fixed the same day. Works like new! Deeply appreciate the excellent and prompt service call. Will recommend Precision Door to neighbors and friends!!

The spring on our garage door broke. We couldn’t get our cars out. Precision was onsite in less than two hours! Tom did a great job. He provided several options for the repair allowing us to choose the option best suited for our needs. We would definitely recommend Precision to any one needing to repair their garage door!

Today, Ead was my technician from Precision Garage Door. He needed to replace and program my garage keypad, as well program all of my remotes. Ead was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. After he completed his work, I wanted to make sure that all of my remotes opened both of my garage doors. I also wanted to make sure that the keypad itself would open and close both garage doors. I never felt rushed as I tested those things. I high recommend Precision, as well as Ead!

After 20 years in operation, our chain drive door opener broke late one evening. We called Precision around 6pm and was surprised to have a real person answer. They discussed what we were looking for and scheduled an appt for someone to come out the following day. The next day, Dustin called and arrived on time. He inspected all the components, rails, rollers as well as the 2nd door/opener that was working fine. We discussed the different replacement options and elected to go with a belt drive model to reduce noise. Due to the age, we elected to replace both openers. Dustin got to work and a couple of hours later we had the quietest door openers I’ve ever heard! Dustin explained how to operate the openers and was very professional. This is the second time we had Precision out to help us with our garage doors and we highly recommend them.

David was on time, professional and courteous. I was hoping to have my garage opener line rewired to the main keypad as the other company that installed the opener did a sloppy job. I was hoping to have the wire follow the roof line of the garage. David quickly gave a me a quote which was a fair price, but also suggested that I replace the main keypad with a wireless unit. This option would eliminate all wires and would be less expensive than the quote to rewire! The unit he had in his truck would not work for my opener. He drove back to the office to get the correct one for my opener and returned a little while later. Quick removal of old keypad and install of the new one. David exceeded my expectations as his suggestion is much better then what I was hoping to accomplish! Very satisfied customer!

Tim gave excellent customer service. You could tell he had been doing this for a long time. My door was just getting louder by the day. He installed a new spring and changed out some worn rollers. Now you can barely hear it. In less than an hour. Will recommend to friends!

He addressed the problem and took care of other concerns that were identified in the process. I was also very impressed he was able to get to the house the same day as I called in. Precision installed our garage door in 2014 so I called them to give us a quote on a new opener. Gary arrived on time and showed me the options for a new garage door opener. He answered all my questions and was able to install the new opener in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision.

I am not sure that I am completely content with the warranty service that I received yesterday. My garage door opened yesterday. However, your technician installed right side cable in my driveway rubbing against a portion of the metal frame. It may have an adverse effect on the cable durability. So, I am sorry, but I cannot give you a better rating.
