After 20 years in operation, our chain drive door opener broke late one evening. We called Precision around 6pm and was surprised to have a real person answer. They discussed what we were looking for and scheduled an appt for someone to come out the following day. The next day, Dustin called and arrived on time. He inspected all the components, rails, rollers as well as the 2nd door/opener that was working fine. We discussed the different replacement options and elected to go with a belt drive model to reduce noise. Due to the age, we elected to replace both openers. Dustin got to work and a couple of hours later we had the quietest door openers I’ve ever heard! Dustin explained how to operate the openers and was very professional. This is the second time we had Precision out to help us with our garage doors and we highly recommend them.

David was on time, professional and courteous. I was hoping to have my garage opener line rewired to the main keypad as the other company that installed the opener did a sloppy job. I was hoping to have the wire follow the roof line of the garage. David quickly gave a me a quote which was a fair price, but also suggested that I replace the main keypad with a wireless unit. This option would eliminate all wires and would be less expensive than the quote to rewire! The unit he had in his truck would not work for my opener. He drove back to the office to get the correct one for my opener and returned a little while later. Quick removal of old keypad and install of the new one. David exceeded my expectations as his suggestion is much better then what I was hoping to accomplish! Very satisfied customer!

Jim was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Snapped the garage spring at 6:30am. Was impressed to actually speak to someone and schedule a same-day appointment with my initial phone call. Overall, a very good experience from start to finish.

Tim gave excellent customer service. You could tell he had been doing this for a long time. My door was just getting louder by the day. He installed a new spring and changed out some worn rollers. Now you can barely hear it. In less than an hour. Will recommend to friends!

My garage door was mysteriously opening by itself. Dustin checked it out and within a few minutes identified several issues. He addressed the problem and took care of other concerns that were identified in the process. I was also very impressed he was able to get to the house the same day as I called in. Precision installed our garage door in 2014 so I called them to give us a quote on a new opener. Gary arrived on time and showed me the options for a new garage door opener. He answered all my questions and was able to install the new opener in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision.

All I can say is…RUN! They wanted to charge me $985 for a $180 repair that was done in 30 minutes by a great company named The Garage Door Guy. They also charged me $50 just to come out. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Tim came out to our house on a Sunday when our spring broke on our double garage and we couldn't get our cars out. He was so professional and thorough. He went above and beyond with his customer service and left us oil to spray on the hinges and springs. He arrived about 2 hours after we called and immediately we felt relieved that this would be fixed correctly. I will refer our friends to Precision Garage Door!

My garage door broke at 2 pm. My car was inside. I called Precision because they advertised 24 hour service. They told me a tech would be out between 4 and 8 p I had to call a friend to help me get my grandson from day care. On the way to the daycare, Precision called and said a tech would be there before 4. When I got home, Scott was in the driveway. He was polite, explained everything, and worked quickly. My garage door was repaired by 4 pm! Great service!

Daniel was very professional. He was on time and immediately assessed the problem. He gave me several repair options to choose from that were well within my budget. He was very personable and I enjoyed our conversations together. He lubricated the installed hardware. My door is more quiet opening and closing now than at any time I can remember. One of our door springs broken trapping a car inside. I called at 9:30PM - tech was there at 11:45AM the next day for a promised 12-4PM repair window. Tom the technician was very friendly and got our broken spring fixed quickly. I would have Tom back any time. Probably a little more expensive than I would have thought (that is why only 4 out of 5 stars), but overall a very smooth process with good people.

Michael quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem (wobbly rollers) and also pointed out several other issues that weren’t in need of immediate attention but could wait. He replaced the rollers and the door seal. My 35 year old door is good as new!

Today, Ead was my technician from Precision Garage Door. He needed to replace and program my garage keypad, as well program all of my remotes. Ead was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. After he completed his work, I wanted to make sure that all of my remotes opened both of my garage doors. I also wanted to make sure that the keypad itself would open and close both garage doors. I never felt rushed as I tested those things. I high recommend Precision, as well as Ead!
