I needed to have my gargage door replaced or repaired as it had stopped working . I chose Precision because of the great reviews. An precision employee , Derek, came out the same day. He was super friendly and after checking it out explained what the problem was and gave me a estimate , which seemed like a fair price to me considering everything needed to be replaced except the door and tract. Now everything is upgraded and looks and sounds like new. Thanks again Derek!

Our garage door (two-car and pretty heavy) was in need of repair due to a broken spring. This occurred on Sunday morning, July 6. Having had excellent prior experience with Precision Garage Door at a previous residence, we called and arranged a repair visit for that same day. The technicians arrived within the specified arrival window (between 10: am and noon) and did an excellent job of making the repair and providing recommendations after inspecting all of the garage door components. The technicians were professional, courteous and focused on providing quality service. They finished the repair work timely and efficiently. We were very pleased with the response and service from Precision Garage Door and confidently recommend them for any garage door needs.

Great experience with a great company and organization! Our technician was Chaney, a very knowledgeable, personable, and professional individual. He displayed strong technical knowledge in assessing multiple issues with our garage door and opener and explained them in detail. He was on time and came prepared with all necessary materials, as we were ultimately in need of a new opener and replacement rollers. I discovered that my garage door was not working at approx. 1:00PM this afernoon. By 1:30 PM I conracted Precision Garage Door Service and a Precision serviceman arrived at my house shortly after 2:00 PM. By 3:00 PM new springs were istalled and the door was functioning well. After a brief but thorough discussion regarding optimal garage door maintenance, the serviceman departed, leaving behind a very satisfied customer.
