Repair work. Our Precision garage door was installed about two years ago and, in this morning, the torsion spring bar support plate came off from the wall and the door became unopenable. Furthermore, the support plate hit and broke the garage door window glass. I called Precision right away and the service man fixed in this afternoon. I was expecting that some troubles would occur soon or later but the most important thing is how soon the service person will show up and correct the issues. I'm so impressed and this is one of reasons we decided to have Precision. The service person, Derek M, is very polite and great service technician as well. By the way, it was no cost for the repair. Thank you!!!!

Technician arrived on time, explained the issues thoroughly, provided options to resolve the issue, followed by the cost estimates of the options we were interested in exploring. No pressure sales. I've used Precision for the last 18 years and you have always come through for me. Today, Saturday 4/8/23, Easter weekend, my spring broke and I had a tech here fixing it within a few hours. It was Thomas T. and he couldn't be more knowledgeable, polite, and helpful in getting my old spring replaced and making sure everything was operating properly. Thank you. Gary Lemaster did an outstanding job. Gary called me in advance to discuss the problem I was having and he explained what the problem likely was. When he arrived, we went over the issue again. Gary then went to work, diagnosing the problem and inspecting the entire system. After he finished, he explained what he found and laid out the options. The process was very transparent. Given my garage door opener was 23 years old I elected to go with a new genie opener and other replacement parts. Gary thoroughly explained why, given the age of my system, I should consider the overhaul. I accepted all of Gary’s suggestions. Gary installed the new system and then explained everything to me. As I said, Gary did an outstanding job and he deserves a 5 star rating.

This is the most professional company and best customer service I've seen in a long time. My garage door was not operating correctly and I realized that I had a broken torsion spring. Called Precision on Friday evening and scheduled a service call for Sunday. Received a call on Saturday morning informing me that they would be able to come out that Saturday afternoon if I was available. David, the service tech, called to let me know when he would arrive. He looked everything over and let me know what was needed and the cost. He and his assistant Austin, got everything installed in a short amount of time and my door is working perfectly again.

I got a new garage door and everything went very smoothly. They arrived when they said they would and did a quick job of getting the new door installed. Where Precision excelled even more, though, was in their customer service. A few months later, I had a small problem with the door and they came the next day and took care of the problem with no extra charge. Their folks are very professional and friendly and I can tell they care about customer satisfaction. A very good experience!

I’ve used Precision since I’d moved into my condo 8+ yrs ago. They’ve always been courteous & focused on making their installations/repairs right. I RARELY give a 5-star review—will only do so if a company has “walked on water”. This last service call was a minor thing, but I’d been without a remote for 2 months. What may seem minor to someone else, it’s huge to me, esp in this weather! Thank you!

I would recommend using Precision Door Service to anyone. It was easy to make an appointment, even on a Sunday, and then to re-schedule when plans changed. The service tech was timely, gave us 30 minutes warning when they were coming, and completed the task quickly and efficiently.

Adam was kind, thorough, arrived at the scheduled time and completed the replacement of the spring plus replacement of the bottom door seal in a professional manner. Plus, there is a warrantee attached to this service which had never been my experience previously from other companies. Precision will definitely be my choice for future issues. I am also impressed that they have a photo and short bio of the service people, which they send by email prior to the service time - so you are sure that you are admitting the appropriate person to your garage!
