I’ve used Precision since I’d moved into my condo 8+ yrs ago. They’ve always been courteous & focused on making their installations/repairs right. I RARELY give a 5-star review—will only do so if a company has “walked on water”. This last service call was a minor thing, but I’d been without a remote for 2 months. What may seem minor to someone else, it’s huge to me, esp in this weather! Thank you!

I would recommend using Precision Door Service to anyone. It was easy to make an appointment, even on a Sunday, and then to re-schedule when plans changed. The service tech was timely, gave us 30 minutes warning when they were coming, and completed the task quickly and efficiently.

Adam was kind, thorough, arrived at the scheduled time and completed the replacement of the spring plus replacement of the bottom door seal in a professional manner. Plus, there is a warrantee attached to this service which had never been my experience previously from other companies. Precision will definitely be my choice for future issues. I am also impressed that they have a photo and short bio of the service people, which they send by email prior to the service time - so you are sure that you are admitting the appropriate person to your garage!

The tech notified me he was on the and was promptly at my house. I was concerned about the noises the newly installed garage doors were making. Although I had lubercated the the hinges and rollers the tech lubed them again including the springs. He made minor adjustments to the springs. He explained that I should lubricate the hinges, rollers, and springs a few more times over the new week to get the lubricant I tot be parts. Other than the spring adjustment the lubercating seems to eliminate the problems. Appreciated the tech explaining how I should be maintaining the doors.

I am not sure that I am completely content with the warranty service that I received yesterday. My garage door opened yesterday. However, your technician installed right side cable in my driveway rubbing against a portion of the metal frame. It may have an adverse effect on the cable durability. So, I am sorry, but I cannot give you a better rating.

Matt came to my home and corrected my concern. I feared that the right side cable was rubbing against a metal piece, which would cause the cable to break. But, Manager Matt moved the metal piece a bit to the right. The potential problem was avoided. I am very satisfied with the result. And I am granting you an "excellent" grade for your overall work. Daughter recommended Precision Door Service. Garage door spring was broken and could not get door opened. Needed quick repair so I would be able to get car out of garage in morning to take wife to hospital for surgery. Called Precision Door and they were able to schedule me in the same evening I called. Walker was the technician who came out and he was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and great overall individual. Highly recommend Walker to anyone. He arrived at 7:40 pm and replaced spring, new cables and rollers and replaced several hinges that were starting to crack. Showed me how to lubricate all necessary components. Completed job in an hour and a half from quoting to cleanup. Job was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but with the quality work that was done, and a wonderful technician, it was well worth the extra money. Great job! Thank you Walker and receptionist who worked with me to get our garage door fixed the same day. Works like new! Deeply appreciate the excellent and prompt service call. Will recommend Precision Door to neighbors and friends!!

I got a new garage door and everything went very smoothly. They arrived when they said they would and did a quick job of getting the new door installed. Where Precision excelled even more, though, was in their customer service. A few months later, I had a small problem with the door and they came the next day and took care of the problem with no extra charge. Their folks are very professional and friendly and I can tell they care about customer satisfaction. A very good experience!
