Dylan was the professional who helped me today with my garage door. It works perfectly now due to his expertise. I am so thankful and happy I called Precision and that Dylan showed up shortly after my call. He explained everything to me thoroughly and the cost of parts. He gave me options and an itemized quote. He answered all my questions and was patient, courteous and helpful. I thank you again and especially Dylan, the Precision Professional!

Door repair request was made in the evening and appointment was confirmed for early next morning. Walker arrived on time, with all the equipment to make the repair in a timely manner. He even went out of his way to help me break down and remove some boxes not related to Precision's equipment. I am very happy with the service provided by Precision!

Have used Precision for several years and always very satisfied with the work. Walker was very helpful in explaining the difference between the Torquemaster spring system I had and the spring system that I was used to. He also pointed out that the door opener was underweight, which I had suspected Did a great job installing a new spring system and door opener. It works perfectly now. Thank you!

I am going to do you a favor Mr. Morales, and not post about my experience with Precision Garage Door today. Something has really changed since my last appointment with your company. I am actively looking for another company to service my garage door. There is nothing positive to say except for the manager’s response.
