Precision installed my garage door opener in 2008. When I returned home from a business trip and the door didn't open, I once again called Precision and a repairman came the same day. He was very professional - explaining the problem and what was needed to fix it. He also explained the costs. The work was completed in a very timely manner. I am very glad that I kept my original receipt and that I once again used Precision.

I emailed Precision the night our garage door jammed. It was an old door and we were in the middle of a large estate sale with lots of expensive items in the building. Precision sent a service man out with in 48 hrs...he spent the time to survey the problem, let us know our options cost wise. And had our door temporarily fixed so we could continue with our sale without having to replace the door at that time. And the price was very reasonable. Now we have time to look for the appropriate solution without having to stop everything.

The technician, Ryan T., arrived on time as promised. He was very polite and did his job well. Appearence was neat and clean. Didn't waste time, got right to work and completed the job. Will definately call you again when the need arises. The price of the "service call" was a little steep, as we had the work completed right then. Maybe knocking more off the service call, or eliminating that charge all together, if the work is completed at that time. My 89 yr old mother is on a very tight budget and the cost was pretty high for her. Excellant work. The door works wonderful. Thank you!!

So today Time came again to my house to install new springs on our 1930's garage door. My husband could have done this job, but again Tim is the pro. It would have taken hours if he would have done it! On Monday,Tim replaced our broken beyond repair door opener and suggested replacing the door or the springs. The opener is working really hard and likely would not last. In addition, he stated that we could likely replace the door, framing and another opener if the springs break. Tim was on time, cleaned up the mess and was done in a timely fashion. I really appreciate it!

Jason, also tightened the loose opener chain and gave helpful tips on how to lubricate and maintain the garage door hardware.
