Friendly, knowledgeable technician. I had extensive problems and basically needed everything replaced. Within an hour of my call to Precision Door Service, a technician was at my home to fix my garage door. He was timely, friendly and fixed the problem very efficiently. This was my first experience with precision garage doors and it was Awesome ,John the technician that came out was super friendly knowledgeable quick and just made me feel at ease that he knew what he was doing and within no time after a year of torture with my garage door not working he fixed it in no time... Hello, Your technician came to my mother’s condo this week. (Bea Moon). Her garage door opener appeared broken and needed help. My mother will be 95 years old this July and gets very worried when things break. I, her daughter Kathy Hall, called you because I had such a positive experience when I called you to fix my garage door opener. When I arrived at my mother’s house I noticed that your tech was already there. I went inside the condo and saw Mom talking to your representative. He told me that he could find nothing wrong—apparently the door had a “hiccup” and then needed to be reset after I had opened it with the release rope. He explained how the door works, how to reset the rope, how not to have a “hiccup” again, and how to know when a new opener is needed. THEN, he told us there was no charge!!! Now, how honest is that??? We WILL call you when we need a new opener, and we will spread kudos for your company throughout the condo complex. I called on a Sunday evening at 7:38 p.m and we were told serviceman would be there between 8-10. We received a call about 7:50 that technician was on way. Repair was completed etc within an hour of the initial call. Appreciate prompt & professional response to our need. Will call again if needed and recommend to others.

I had used you before and was very pleased with my 5 STARS service. My service tech was on time, very nice, knew his stuff! He checked out the problem with the garage door and it wasn't as serious as I thought. Door had not been used since 2/9/2015, hadn't driven my car due to surgery. After a few tries it finally went up but would not come back down so I had to close it manually. Tom, I think that's his name had the problem solved in a few minutes. sprayed the hinges and other parts as well as checked out the spring, etc. Door was probably frozen to the ground when I first used it. I'm so glad I called because now it's not noisy going up and down. And if it happens again I'll know what to do. Thank you so much.

I needed my garage door fixed ASAP and I called Precision Door and they immediately came out that same day. The Tech was very professional and courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. The only problem is now I can't lock my garage. I didn't check it before the technician left because I had to go somewhere but when I put my car in the garage and went to lock it, the garage door doesn't come down far enough for me to slide the lock in place. But other than that I would definitely recommend Precision door to anyone!

The installer did an excellent job of installing the door opener. However, he told me that he would send me a copy of the invoice by email and ten days later I have not received the copy for my files.

I had an emergency on a Saturday. I didn't realize my trunk door was up and I back out of the garage, hitting the garage door, knocking it off the hinges. Your repair person came out the next morning (He would have come out that day if I had wanted him to), and we evaluated that we needed a new door because it was so old. He is now here putting in the new door. The entire process went so quickly and effortlessly- The girl I talked to on the phone was more than helpful and considerate, and the gentleman who is doing the work is very professional and accommodating.. I have ALREADY recommended this company to several people. You were great.

Saturday morning with the garage door unable to open, I called the company that installed my new garage door one and a half years ago. I reached an answering service and was informed that they would charge $200 just for coming out. I then contacted Precision and was able to schedule work the same day without off hour charges. Their tech Gary was a professional. Their availability to serve at the time of need without exorbitant charges is just precious.

We liked knowing who are tech was going to be. Tom was very professional and did a good job. We expected that our new garage door installation would include the weather stripping around the door opening and the security lock on the inside since that had been our previous experience with another company. We were disappointed that that turned out not to be the case. But overall we were very satisfied and would recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision installed my garage door opener in 2008. When I returned home from a business trip and the door didn't open, I once again called Precision and a repairman came the same day. He was very professional - explaining the problem and what was needed to fix it. He also explained the costs. The work was completed in a very timely manner. I am very glad that I kept my original receipt and that I once again used Precision.
