all went well but have a problem with my other door remote not working after reprogramming 3 cars. for both remotes[old door and new door] all doors operate from all 3 cars but for some reason the old door remote won't work. I have a call info help

My service was performed May 3, 2018. My Technician was Alex--he called before he came (just as I was promised by the office), he was even a little earlier than the predicted time slot, he was polite and stood and listened while I explained my problem with the garage door. Then, he informed me that he would check my door and see what could be wrong. About 10 or 15 mins. later he informed me what he thought it might be and what my choices were, along with the cost. I choose what I wanted to do and he said we'll try that and if that doesn't work then we'll have to go ahead and do the other. He went right to work and my door was repaired. Afterwards, he explained what he did and explained about the age of my motor and that it might need to be replaced and I should start thinking about that. When I decided or need to replace the motor, be sure to give him a call and he'll be glad to install it for me.

I found that my garage door wouldn't open at about 12:15 on a Saturday afternoon. I found Precision on the internet, that they were open and near my home. I called about 1pm and was given a window from 3 - 5pm that day. Tom arrived at 2:45, introduced himself, identified the problems and got to work. He was done by 4:15. Great work, incredibly prompt and polite response. Very pleased.

Precision Door responded quickly to our request for a quote on a new door and opener, we knew exactly when they would arrive and communication was great. Dave was our technician for the quote and ultimately our purchase and install. The install took a full day, but was well worth it. Dave carefully dismantled our old door (circa 1957) as well as our old opener (which was no longer functioning). The door was perfectly installed along with the new opener, and all of the old materials were removed without a trace. We're very happy with our new door and opener.

I had an old Craftman garage door opener that wouldn't open or close. I thought it was the door that was causing the issue, but nothing was operating even with the door unattended. I called PDS on a Sunday, stated my issue, and an appointment was set up on the same day. Alex was the technician, who called back and arrived earlier than the appointment due to a previous cancellation. Alex was very thorough with his inspection of the entire garage door, and provided many repair options. Once an option was selected, he explained what he would do and completed the job as quickly as possible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very tidy. He inspected his work to ensure everything was working, and cleaned everything up before completing the final paperwork. Thank you very much Alex! Job well done!
