Professional, timely, and friendly service. We received snow in the morning and the traffic held Tim up some. He called me to say he was going to be 1/2 late. Upon arrival Tim assessed the broken spring issue and checked out this very old garage door setup. I was pleasantly surprised about how fast he was able to replace the broken spring. He asked me to see the operation of the door to ensure I was happy with the service before making the payment. I highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the service and product we received. John was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He installed the new opener and corrected faults from the older units installation to ensure proper operation of the new unit. He explained what he had done and how to properly operate the new opener and maintain it. All in all very satisfied.

Tim T. was the tech that came out. Made a very good first impression. He did a great job in a very timely manor. When he was done I found the door didn't close completely on the right side. Your installer/technician (I don't know his title) was efficient, very careful, thorough and competent as well as a good PR person for the company. I believe his name was John.
